A equipe da recepção é muito simpática. O quarto era grande, funcional e o banheiro também era limpo. O buffet de café da manhã é fantástico. A ligação com transportes públicos é muito boa.

Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe, Bett sehr angenehm, Bad leider nur mit Wanne. Dafür gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher . Alles sehr ordentlich, Zimmerreingung nur auf Bestellung , das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 🤗 Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, große Auswahl an Brot/Brötchen, warmen und kalten Speisen und ganz wichtig guter Kaffee.

Nós fomos reservados com o Best Western, mas na verdade tivemos que fazer o check-in e comer no Courtyard Marriot.
Tivemos dificuldade para entrar na área de estacionamento, pois um caminhão de serviço e uma caçamba obstruíam a entrada.
Muito confuso sobre onde deveríamos fazer o check-in. Nossos quartos principais ficavam no edifício Best Western, mas todo o resto ficava no edifício Courtyard Marriot.
Disseram-nos que a única comida era o buffet, mas restava muito pouco e certamente não valia 27 euros cada. Descobrimos então que o bar servia pizzas perfeitamente boas pela metade desse preço.
Buffet de café-da-manhã foi muito melhor, com muitas possibilidades de escolha.
Apenas 11 minutos de carro do Aeroporto de Dresden.
Eu ficaria novamente, mas talvez no Courtyard Marriot, então tudo no mesmo prédio.

The hotel is new, nice and clean. It's a little far from Altstadt, you have to walk to the tram and take the tram (either 7 or 8) to the center. The room was almost double charged than usual because of the holiday. Very dissapointed to find out that no breakfast was offered for that high price and you had to pay 25 Euro to walk to the adjacent hotel and have breakfast there. There was a small kitchenette and the room had microwave and coffee machine. I felt there weren't enough power plugs in the room for so many appliqnces. It was very clean ans the room and the bathroom were large and spacious.

We only stayed for one night before heading off to the airport the next morning, but it was a good night's stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed was nice and comfortable too. Plenty of restaurants just a few blocks away within easy walking distance.

For the life of me, I cannot comprehend how this hotel have 4 stars. When you look at Tripadvisor before you book the hotel, you get the impression that's it a 4 star hotel with many facilities. Well that's straight up wrong. I paid a 100 euros for a hotel room that looked like somewhere out of the 90's with no minibar and a toilet holder that broke apart the moment you touched it. But hey, you got a free bottle of sparkling water? I've stayed in a looot of 4 star hotels, but this was like staying in the hotel I stayed at on a study trip to Madrid. And that's definitely not a compliment! When checking in, I found out that all facilities listed are in the hotel next door, The Marriot Courtyard. The service was nice, but the food was horrible. I didn't even stay for the breakfast the morning after ew. Honestly maybe 2 stars are too much, but I had a really nice server at the restaurant, so that weighs up for a little. Also you couldn't enter the parking garage or get out of it, if you didn't have your key card. Which is absolutely brilliant when you have checked out and handed in your key card. Not. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Never ever Best Western again.

Bei Anreise war die Rezeption unbesetzt, der beworbene Pool gehört zum Nachbarhotel, musste in Badesachen nach draußen, nur um an der Rezeption des Marriott, zu dem der Pool eigentlich gehört, zur Kasse gebeten zu werden! Im Hotel selbst hat das bei zwei Gesprächen dazu, wann der Pool geöffnet ist und wie der Pool zu finden ist, komplett verschwiegen! Bei Abreise musste ich 5 Minuten auf das Computersystem warten, weil „Noch einiges offen“ sei, nur um dann zu hören, dass das wohl doch ein Fehler war und sie mir noch einen schönen Tag wünschen.
