Leida Hotel

Rooms are quite old. They gave a room with smoke, which they changed when I asked, so the staff is really helpful. But the hotel needs refurbishing

My 2nd time in Dongtai, 1st time in Leida hotel. It looked good on the website. 1st impressions were good. Even though the staff spoke very limited English they checked me in efficiently (I do speak some Chinese but if you don't it's okay). The rooms are a good size and the big picture windows give great views over the public lake/park. the only downside was the faint aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the room but this is China and unfortunately to be expected. The downside was the breakfast was very Chinese and though I love the cuisine here I'm not a lover of Chinese breakfast. It would have been better if the cook knew how to make fried eggs in different styles than just solid yokes and they invested in a good coffee machine. The coffee was in a flask....and was white....I didn't even try the bit I poured into a cup. The positive is Wuyue Plaza is a 10 minute stroll and has a Starbucks and MacDonalds! I had a look at the gym and pool. Gym was 10 yuan, pool was 40. Both looked okay. The hotel grounds needed a bit of a tidy up but were okay. I couldn't find direct access into the lake/park area but then I was only there 2 nights. The big convenience was Wuyue Plaza. The top floor was restaurants. A decent selection. Towards the back on the outside walking street was a decent little bar (Black Vine). Nice manager, 8 craft beer taps, lots of bottled beer. Yes, I'd stay here again as it suited my purpose.

The hotel is located inside a park, next to a man-made lake, high ceiling. There are plenty of parking if you drive there. The service is not what you expected from a 5 star hotel, almost none. You have to ask them to change bed sheets if you stay there for more than one day. The water temperature in the shower was unpredictable, you can be burned if not extremely careful. Food was ok.

天然濕地氧吧 湖畔園林式設計，鬧中取靜，綠植豐富，湖景視野佳，被稱為“城市花園”。巧遇結婚紀念日站在景觀台 遠望人民公園結婚照拍攝點 感慨城市進步發展的喜悦 晚上10點到達酒店，前台依舊熱情招待 入住也很快 床品舒適 整體乾淨，晚上也很安靜 很容易入睡 一夜好眠 自助早餐：品類豐富，含東台特色魚湯麪，口味地道；中式為主 落座湖景邊，很是舒爽 四、停車方便 下次還會選擇

好的點：房間還可以，雖然略微有點陳舊感，但對得起這個價位。房間外風景不錯，酒店位置也比較方便。 不好的點：辦理入住的前台，態度很一般，偏冷漠，有點讓人不適。酒店早餐不好吃，種類雖然不算少，但很明顯食材都是非常便宜的，飲品也很差，牛奶兑水嚴重，總之真的不好吃。

房間相對較大，設施也很齊全，可惜太晚入住，都沒有去體驗一下。 環鏡很不錯的，早上起來看到外面是有湖和公園 早餐也很多選擇，真不錯。
