Great place to stay. Friendly staff, they speak English too. The area is perfect. Walking distance from a huge shopping mall and several others around. More shops nearby too. They have a basketball court right there, just outside the hotel grounds. Very entertaining.

Recently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask. RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks. On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen. The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Great location in Dongguan with one of the best pools in the city. The breakfast and hotel restaurant are decent quality as well.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, it was very convenient to come here for a business trip. I can basically walk here on a business trip, and the appearance of the hotel looks very stylish at night, the room is clean and hygienic, and the staff sent us welcome fruits. When I checked in, the young lady at the front desk gave us tea. The service was very good. The front desk checked in quickly. She also helped me take my luggage to the room. I saw that the hotel has a rich history. The sofa and bedding materials are of good quality. There is also a professional gym facilities on the fourth floor of the hotel. It is comparable to a professional gym. There is a laundry room on the fourth floor. It is very clean and bright. The clothes can be dried directly after washing, or you can use a hanger to dry directly in the laundry room. There is also a rest area next to the laundry room. It’s very comfortable to watch the TV when you wait for the clothes. The room is small and smart. It is also very good in all aspects. The sofa is very comfortable. The place where I used to travel was very close. The traffic was very convenient. There was a free late night bowl of noodles on the first floor at night. The taste is still quite good. I can just eat something when I come back from busy at night. Overall, it is cost-effective and worth recommending! 👍👍 Hygiene: 👍

Perfect getaway from city life. The staff were friendly and the food options were good. There were fun activities set up for kids, in addition to that they have a trampoline park, kids pool, kids golf, kids arcade and an animal park. We had complimentary tickets to the Shenzhen resort but were not able to use them. The food options were good, and we could order from outside which was convenient because there was no convenient store in the resort. They have a Starbucks on-site I appreciated that a lot. Overall, I’d recommend this to my friends and given time we’d go again.

The hotel in general looks very nice and tidy. But the rooms look old fashioned with old electrical outlets and no provision for multiple universal charging ports. They could improve on the quality of service, Amenities, and services.

The hotel located at the entrance of Dongguan, easy to ride on a Didi taxi from Shenzhen to the hotel. After reaching the hotel, we have rented a boat to take a closer of the whole area. The hotel is a bit old but still kept in proper condition. Apart from the natural hotspring u can enjoy, the buffet is something you cannot miss. The cleanliness and the food varieties can tell the hotel is paying all efforts to maintain a high standard of accommodations .

I recently visited the Hillview Golf Resort in Dongguan, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the food was decent, and the staff members were incredibly kind and friendly. The swimming pool was refreshing and well-maintained, adding to the enjoyment of the visit. My family and I had a wonderful time, and we are already planning to return for more weekends here soon. Considering the quality of service and overall experience, I find the pricing quite reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to my friends for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Positives. The room is nice and clean. And the location is really good. The shopping center comes alive at night with lots of kids activities. Negatives. The staff is nice but struggles with English so couldn't explain where breakfast is, it'll be nice if they have a map for people. Breakfast is not worth going, the place had cockroaches.

Sincere advice: Don't come if you are afraid of children. There are children all over the lobby, swimming pool and restaurant. In addition, I think this hot spring room is not worth it. The room is ¥500 and it is very humid. Although the hot spring is private, it is actually a row of rooms, so there is no sound insulation at all. The noise of the children next door, the sound of singing and watching short videos can be heard... There is no sense of privacy at all. The pool water is limited. If you stay for one night, you can soak for two times, and if you stay for two nights, you can soak for three times. You need to allocate time reasonably. I don't know if the service training is not in place or there are too many people when I came to the lobby. No one helped to send the luggage to the room. There are welcome fruits in the room, and they have been delivered for two consecutive days. Free white fungus soup is too light and not tasty. The breakfast in the morning is average, and there are too many children. The whole lobby is very noisy and dirty. I am really scared. But the overall environment is pretty good. There were weddings held in the two bowls where we stayed. There was a very large lake with black swans on it, and some paddle board activities could be organized.
