Premier Inn Doncaster (Lakeside)

I was pleasantly greeted on reception, and very pleased when I requested a room with a view and was given a spacious room with beautiful views of the lake and greenery. The general feel was completely relaxing and I would certainly encourage others to try this hotel for good hospitality and comfort

We have just returned from two separate stays at this hotel in the past week as we used this as a stop off on the way to and from our main destination. The hotel is quite modern and is separated into two buildings. We stayed in the external building the first night and the main building the second night. Both nights were exactly as you would expect from a Premier Inn, nice sized comfy room, good air conditioning, and most importantly very very clean. Probably the cleanest Premier Inn we have stayed at for some time, very impressed. All the staff we encountered were very friendly upon check in and check out. We went for breakfast on one of the mornings and again, I have to say, one of the best Premier Inn breakfasts we’ve had, really nice Beefeater pub, very clean and a good hot selection to choose from. Plenty of free parking on site, had no issues finding a space. My only minor complaint would be that when staying in the main building we were given an adjoining room, and we could hear the guest next doors phone call and TV as if he was in our room, which of course means, that they could hear us perfectly as well, which is never a comfortable experience. Nothing the hotel can do about that I suppose, but wasn’t the most comfortable night knowing they could hear us and we could hear them perfectly through the door. Over all, we would definitely return to this hotel in the future, we often visit Doncaster as a base when visit the area for various attractions, and this is without a doubt the better Premier Inn in the area.

All the great stuff Premier Inn does so well. It is no insult to say it is the MacDonalds of hotels, you know exactly what to expect. However, although our family room was a great size they had decided to go for sealed windows and aircon. I understand why because people are often ****** and will turn up/down the heating/aircon and have the window wide open however the aircon and bathroom fan were not powerful enough so our room became oppressively stuffy almost immediately. On the upside they loaned us a fan which helped a bit but go for a room with an opening window if you like your room cool and fresh. Everything else was excellent.

Premier inn is one the nicest places I have staff staff are very friendly accommodating the rooms are spacious very comfy beds and great showers highly recommend staying. The beefeater attached is also good in the middle of amazing places just around the corner

The best wheelchair accessible hotel and facilities I’ve used for a long time. Great service and staff, as always with Premier Inn.

went to check in and Mandira was the most amazing lady, helped with everything, I’d never been to the area before and was visiting on a work trip, she helped with where to park and said she will help with anything extra I need! Great staff, lovely and clean rooms

The staff provided brilliant fast and efficient service. We stayed for 1 night. Close to race course. Everyone was really friendly and gave some local advice for transport. Right next to the beefeater pub. All topped off by a few winners tbG made the trip even better!
