Premier Inn Doncaster (Lakeside)

went to check in and Mandira was the most amazing lady, helped with everything, I’d never been to the area before and was visiting on a work trip, she helped with where to park and said she will help with anything extra I need! Great staff, lovely and clean rooms

The staff provided brilliant fast and efficient service. We stayed for 1 night. Close to race course. Everyone was really friendly and gave some local advice for transport. Right next to the beefeater pub. All topped off by a few winners tbG made the trip even better!

Another visit to this Premier inn! I stay here when I'm in the area for work. Absolutely faultless as always. Comfortable clean rooms.. but what makes it, is the friendly approachable staff. It's so refreshing to enter somewhere and to be greeted with a warm smile and a friendly face. It certainly makes being away from home more bearable! Haha. Thanks again for everything.

Reception were lovely and we received a very warm greeting. Check in was quick and easy. We were in the annexe building which was lovely and quiet. Room was as you’d expect with a premier inn - comfy bed, clean but it did smell strange! Had a great nights sleep but unfortunately breakfast soured the whole trip. For what we were using the hotel for, getting a hearty breakfast was important - and one of the reasons we chose a premier inn. But unless you like mushy sausages, cold bacon, burnt hash browns, limited pastry selection, warm fruit juice, very noisy restaurants and dirty cutlery - I wouldn’t waste your money on breakfast here! Its also a very weird, unclear system where you enter through an internal door from reception, walk all the way through the restaurant to meet the greeter, to then come back through where you just cane to get a table! Why not have someone greeting hotel guests at the hotel access door?! Overall, for what we needed, we always find a premier inn, but this one was the most disappointing we’ve ever stayed in!

Spotless room modern room with shower good storage Julie on reception absolutely lovely a human being! housekeeping staff big thumbs up to you restaurant 2 staff organised professionals and they were so busy service with a smile everything spot on recommend this hotel to anyone thank you to all the staff David and Joanne.

Room was lovely and clean on arrival. Even smelt nice too! The staff couldn't have been any friendlier and helpful. Breakfast was nice too - again with friendly staff in the resteraunt. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming. Will definitely be back to visit Yorkshire wildlife park and be staying here again. Xx

I always stay at lakeside rooms are clean staff are friendly always there to help always a good experience close to local amenities always something to do and places to eat either at beefeater or local food places always an enjoyable stay and will always go back

Not the cleanest place, and definable not the cleanest premier inn I've stayed at . There's a lot of dust all around the room . Unable to open windows and thats quite an issue as the room needs airing , the aircon isnt upto the job. The beefeater restaurant is actually even worse. Tables uncleared for over 40 minutes, customers actually doing it for themselves in order to to have a table to sit at. Decided not to eat here after seeing how untidy the place is.
