"From start to finish this property excels at low standards and failure to meet expectations. Check in process was abysmal. No one at the front to great you or assist with luggage. Front desk staff do not provide any information about the property or welcome you. I did notice some having a welcome drink and someone sitting an explaining things, but I guess not all guest warrant this attention. The decor is minimalist and the entire property smells like a man’s cologne. Colors are neutral to drab but on the positive they do have real flowers. Rooms are small for the price point and do not really stand out as far as amenities. The spa and pool area are abysmal. No order of discipline. Kids own the place and there is not an area for adults only. There is no place to really relax and get away from the noise of kids in a pool. Ahh yes.. the pools are ice cold, even the jacuzzi. Who wants to swim in warm water right? Dining…. Limited options. Food was okay, not five star. When we finished my wife mentioned that her dish was supposed to have mango but it didn’t. The waitress didn’t know. Anyhow it wasn’t a huge deal. We left, got a drink, and retired for the evening. I did not appreciate the passive aggressive delivery of sliced mango (unordered) to my room at 930 pm from the restaurant when the do not disturb sign was emplaced. Also I do not appreciate being disturbed at breakfast 1 minute after sitting down by some Euro-trash manager. At checkout I asked for my car to be brought out. Nope… can’t do it so I got it myself . Don’t bother with this property… it’s overpriced and of no value."

"The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is not a single positive aspect of my 3-night stay. The room itself was quite good, although not properly cleaned, while the bathroom was small and outdated. No disposable amenities were provided (e.g., shower gel, shower cap, comb), only hand soap. There was no room service and no minibar. Housekeeping was completely absent: nobody tidied our room, changed the linen, or cleaned the bathroom during our entire stay. Towels were never replaced, and no additional toilet paper was supplied. Since we were three people in the room, we had to repeatedly ask staff for more—and they did not speak any English at all. The dietary requirements of our group (no gluten and no lactose) were ignored both at dinner and breakfast. There were no options for celiac guests and no lactose-free products available. For the kids, the kitchen was not flexible enough (in general, a true lack of flexibility in all the aspects…..) to prepare a simple pasta with tomato sauce the first day we arrived. The F&B staff, very young (and barely English-speaking), seemed completely left on their own: no director, maître, or any supervisor was present at any time. If you needed for more water (not bottled, just tap water) or even bread— fairly basic things —you have to pay an additional fee. The tablecloth at our table remained the same for all three days, both at breakfast and at dinner (I noticed 3 little stains the first night we had dinner.. And the stains remained there for all the meals!!). The reception closes at 8:00 PM, and the keys were left on the desk completely unattended—unbelievable for a hotel. If you needed to contact the Reception…. You had to go downstairs, since no telephone was available in the room. The SPA and the pool were not presented as hotel amenities by the Reception lady during our (very quick) check-in, hence it is not possible to evaluate it at all!!"

"The hotel is a gastronomic restaurant (recommended by Michelin) which offers a few rooms above the restaurant. The place is quiet (residential neighborhood), there is a parking, and of course the restaurant, or for a less expensive version a bar / brewery that offers salads and burgers. The staff is competent and very pleasant and serviceable, always very available and careful. The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable."
