And you have to scan a qr code on your table to access the menu. And just hope they bring the correct item. If you need a member o of staffs attention, you need to climb back up to the upstairs floor. Apart from that, the food has very small portions, is not that tasty and very overpriced, as are the drinks! Not a place I shall ever return to."

"We cancelled a confirmed and fully paid room for New Year's Eve from December 31, 2025 to January 1, 2026! We flew in from far away to celebrate New Year's at this hotel. We paid everything in advance and received confirmation of our reservation and payment. Then, on December 31, 2025, at lunchtime, we were shocked to learn that our reservation had been cancelled and our money would not be refunded. Not only was my New Year's Eve ruined, but also my engagement. I had planned to propose to my girlfriend on New Year's Eve. They ruined all our plans, which we had been preparing for a month. "I recently stayed at Voraman B One (car stay) and had a deeply troubling experience that I feel compelled to share. First and foremost, this property is severely overpriced for the quality it offers. The pictures on the website are misleading; they do not accurately represent the state of the rooms or the overall condition of the property. During my stay, I encountered significant issues with mould, which ultimately led to a life-threatening allergic reaction. I had to leave the hospital after suffering from anaphylactic shock, and I am incredibly fortunate that my girlfriend was able to drive me there in time for an adrenaline injection. Had I remained in the hotel for another night, I genuinely fear for my life. I attempted to speak with the staff about changing my room to avoid further exposure, but they were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my health concerns. Additionally, there was no hot water during my stay, which added to the overall discomfort. To make matters worse, the owner has been trying to evade any responsibility regarding the situation, despite numerous attempts by travel agents to contact him for a resolution. The lack of assistance and disregard for guest safety is unacceptable. I urge potential guests to reconsider staying here until these serious issues are addressed. Your health and safety should always come first."

"I booked for two nights. The room was beautiful, the atmosphere was nice, quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. However, we went during a long weekend, so other guests were families with children, making a bit of noise, which wasn't a problem. But after one night, after having breakfast and returning to my room, while I was in the bathroom, the front door was being pulled open violently, causing the key to fall. I rushed out of the bathroom and opened the door to find a housekeeper standing a distance away. I asked her if she didn't know there was a guest staying and that they hadn't checked out yet, and why she had opened the room. Luckily, I had locked it. Being alone made me very scared. There was no security policy at all. The housekeeper apologized and walked away. A short while later, I contacted the admin via inbox about the problem. The owner quickly apologized and explained that it was a new employee. I told them that wasn't an excuse; the resort needs to have coordination within the team. This kind of incident makes guests feel insecure about the service. Everything else about the service was good."
