Everyone made me feel really at home in my 4 days there. Irfan and Muhaidi and the others at Front Desk listened carefully for my requests and tried to help wherever they could and provided information for me around town. Gamal introduced me to the room and also took the initiative to guide me around the neighbourhood the next day. Staff at the Lounge also made watching World Cup matches there comfortable and enjoyable, sometimes coming over to make small talk about the football and was able to attend to our every need. For location, the hotel is within 5min walk to a Metro station and amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Room was great, but found deposits unfortunately at the kettle spout. This is the worst hospitality you can ever have we came here to have a nice experience but unfortunately the room lights were very annoying we don’t have even option to turn off when we called the team they said they have to remove cables so we can turn off the light what a disaster then when we woke up in the morning at 11 we already couldn’t sleep because of light we woke up we wanted to order the breakfast to the room they said no we are already finished while it’s a la crate !! Guys double check twice before you go to this hotel

Hotel looks brand new and still plenty of building work around outside. Ground floor cafe also being finished off. Really pleasant staff, but no hot water when I was there. Otherwise very comfortable rooms. Easy to get around and Metro nearby. Would stay again if there was a deal.

The hotel was nice, nicely laid out with ample amenities, facilities and restaurants to satisfy travellers needs. The hotel is rated 5 stars but I would rate it more like a 4 star. This is mainly to do with the service not being to the level of a 5 star hotel as well as smaller other inconveniences. The room was a good size, plenty of space but the floor we were staying on had a really strong smell of cigarette smoke, which pervaded into the room, despite the floor being a non smoking floor. We requested a room change at front reception but we're told it was already a non smoking room so they're was nothing they could do. They sent someone from housekeeping to air freshen the room but it did little apart from a temporary fresh smell. Breakfast was quite good with a wife selection of foods. Service there was also lacking a little, where other guests were being provided items that weren't provided for us. The pool and gym facilities were very good with two pools, a basement and rooftop pool, that were clean and big enough for a number of people. Overall, a good experience but rated a 4 star.
