We absolutely loved the hotel. Everything was great, from the entrance to the bathroom, to the breakfast, to the gym and the staff. The hotel looked new, clean and stylish. Would highly recommend this hotel.

THE SPA WAS NOT OPEN IN THE MORNING. WE CALLED THEY SAID THYE WOULD COME AND TURN ON THE STEAM ROOM BUT THEY DID NOT. ALSO THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE CITI MAP AND NO CONSIERGE

Never stay at this hotel! If you look at the reviews, you would notice that the hotel receive the worst comments in recent times. My experience is consistent with other guests. The food is terrible and I had to pay astronomic amount of money. I had to wait ages to be served, there is no enough member of staff possibly the owner wants to make profit by cutting off from the human resources. There is no one to pick up my call when I wanted to make a complaint. On the call, there is an automatic message saying that they are working from home due to covid but they could divert to calls to this ghost staff whereas there is no one picking up my calls. It is not about covid, it is about they do not have enough staff to serve. If you have a problem, there is no one to help you except for the helpless receptionist. Many of the facilities such as steam bath do not work; therefore, do not pay any money for this hotel.It It is boiling hot in Diyarbakir but the aircon stops working such as in every 5 mins (I did not count but approximately in five mins) after 2 mins pausing, it re-works but this makes you sick because you get sweat and when it re-works automatically, you may get sick. The aircon stops possible because they want to make a profit and cut off the electricity bill which is expensive in Turkey. There is no remote controller for the aircon, so, if you are sleeping, each time you need to change the heat, you need to wake up and walk to the wall to cool the aircon. The food is terrible and when you go out to have some food, there is only motorway! The mall is in about 700 metre but it is extremely hot and I had to take a taxi. The electricity is suddenly on and off at the midnight. I regret! Never stay at this hotel!

konum olarak iyi. yakın çevrede büyük bir alış veriş merkezi var. cadde boyunca restoranlar, kafeteryalar, nargile barlar mevcut. Otele gelince eksiklikleri çok. oda büyüklüğü güzel. tamiri tamamlanmamış bir odam vardı. resimlerde görüldüğü gibi. banyoda klozet fırçası, sabun vs konulmamıştı. bir 5* otel için bu tip eksiklikler olmamalı. odaya misafirler girmeden önce son bir kontrol yapılmalı.

Otele girişten çıkışa kadar ki tüm deneyimim kötüydü ,karşılama ve uğurlama daki kişiler çok ilgisizlerdi. Kahvaltı zayıf ve çeşit azdı. 5 günlük Rezarvasyonumu 3.günde farklı bir otele kaydırdım .. Resepsiyon dan ütü istedim ütü getirdiler aynı gün gece 23:30 da arayıp ütüyü almamız lazım ütüyü farklı müşterilere vereceğiz dediler .. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem

Divan otelde ilk konaklamamı gerçekleştirdim. ***et memnun kaldım herşey çok güzeldi çalışanlar Güler yüzlü oldukça ilgili. kahvaltısı zengindi. Diyarbakır'a yolum düşerse tekrardan tercih edeceğim otel divan olacaktır. Nazlı hanım ve Murat beye ilgi alakalarından ötürü teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum.
