酒店比較新，就在購物中心對面，所以很方便。就是隔音不好，晚上兩點多被隔壁的男女，不知道是喝多了還是別的，完全四顧無人的説話，很討厭。如果酒店能把隔音做好一點就好了。

Staff were great.
Remotes were not working, water only came out scaldling, service was great.

My first time staying at BW Thompson, Check in clerk was friendly n courteous smooth check in process … got to room n I was impressed how clean and spacious it was ..although only overnight I had a very good sleep beds were comfortable, a**osphere was nice n quiet, my Grandaughter said the same thing ..enjoyed our overnight stay

Took 10 long minutes to get me checked in. Then the room key didn't work; had to go back down and get another. Then the internet password didn't work; had to go get it reset. Shower was warm, but not hot. And our room had a super-noisy HVAC fan right outside the door. Breakfast wasn't very good. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, everything seemed clean.

The hotel was awesome n location was great. Didn’t like to have the house cleaning to be asked to come to the room to clean. Even left the room for awhile n still wasn’t clean
