Hotel the grand Highness is the best pleas in diu stay hotel. Staff is very friendly and helthfull with restaurant food is very nice, reception staff is very friendly nice, cleaning wash very nice hotel is near by fort. Hotel rooms very nice.

This was my fourth or fifth trip to Diu, and I wanted to try something new, which led me to choose "The Grand Highness," a decision that exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out, my experience was exceptional. The hotel boasts a prime location, excellent services, helpful staff, and delicious food. Its ambiance is particularly appealing, especially for photography enthusiasts seeking picturesque backdrops. Conveniently located near the bus depot, the hotel is also within walking distance of Diu Fort and the museum, or easily accessible by rental transportation. Best decision

Great location and amazing staff ***** with good food. Parking was limited but they arranged it in next door hotel which was nice Good and cozy area for kids play time Nice architecture and good ambience in restaurants Positive vibes all around the hotel... good to stay and we'll recommended hotel

My wife and I had a truly disappointing experience at The Grand Highness. Here are some key issues that made our stay unpleasant: 1. Terrible Parking Facilities: Although the hotel provides parking, it is extremely congested and difficult to navigate. When I parked my car, I later found scratches on it that seem to have been caused by a motorcycle parked too closely. This is extremely frustrating and could have been avoided if the parking area were managed better. (In Parking area, it is written as “Park at own risk”, Then what to expect more from TGH as i was disheartened) 2. Bed Bugs in the Room: The room we were assigned had bed bugs, which led to an awful night of itching and rashes. We initially noticed itching and were horrified to find bed bugs crawling on the bed. This was unacceptable and unhygienic, and it ruined our night’s rest. 3. Noisy AC Unit: The air conditioning was also a problem, constantly switching on and off with loud noises. This disrupted our sleep further, adding to the already uncomfortable night. Overall, I would not recommend staying at TGH, especially given the serious issues with cleanliness, parking, and overall maintenance. We were very disappointed and expected a much better experience.

The staff is very cooperative and forthcoming in assisting guests. The location of the property is very good, near to all the famous destinations. The rooms are clean and well maintained, all in all recommended for a calm and quiet stay. The kids have enjoyed the stay as there is a small but operative kids section.
