J ai dû attendre pendant une heure pour accéder à ma chambre en sachant il était 18h Personnel incompétent Très très déçue de cet hôtel Hôtel très décevant le strict minimum ni est pas comme service

Décoration mur chambre sympa.grande douche propre et adapté pour personne handicapé. chambre équipé. Parking bien situé. Hôtel bien placé, pas loin du Zénith où la Toison d or. Accueil à l écoute du client en cas de problème. On a eu un problème de composition du lit qui a été réglé très vite.petit déjeuner chère malgré le manque de choix.

Stopped here on way to French alps It’s a basic hotel but clean and close to motorway as a stopover. Family room was fine with bunk beds for children. Free continental breakfast was an added bonus. Only met one member of staff who was very helpful. Overall good value for money but big call out is no toilet in rooms which isn’t very family safe if you have young children as you need to accompany them to the communal toilet late at night.

I would have given five stars had they put a bed sheet on top of the mattress protector. There wasn’t any soap either. Glad we paid a bit extra for ensuite, which was very compact but did the job. Nice and quiet but didn’t like sleeping without a sheet on the bed.

We have arrived quite late however pick up a room on the machine. The room was clean and tidy however very basic, normal for this kind of hotel. The toilet and shower were shared but clean. The next morning we took breakfast, which was also basic but for 5 pounds you can not expect anything more. The lady working at the reception was polite and spoke english so it was easy to communicate.

Looks like there’s not been a review for a while. TBH, it’s a budget hotel… more like a hostel. No en-suite but you get what you pay for. Clearly been a refurbishment since the last reviews as room was pleasant and clean. Not at all as described in other reviews. The room I had was a twin. Clean and comfy… no noise at all… wasn’t worried about my safety at all either as others have described and I was a kind female. Staff were fine and polite - no issues. Shared loos and showers which are more like indoor porta-cubicals. Won’t be showering in the morning, as don’t fancy that and only stopping for a night… do wear shoes to the loos 🤢🤢🤢 but noticed cleaners were in after I’d been (piss on the floor wasn’t me)… all in all… pretty reasonable budget hostel (not a hotel). I’d stay again for a night passing through. It is what it says on the tin!

Fit for purpose. Basic and cheap. Need to provide own towels but can hire them.
