After reaching hotel, i was asked to wait as they told the room is getting ready. I waited for 1 hr and multiple times i asked to let me checkin as we are very tired after journey but they are giving multiple excuses and asked me to wait. In last i get to know by the hotel manager that the room which i have booked was allocated to someone else by the hotel and there is no rooms available. I called make my trip and the allocated me room in another hotel. This is very much disgusting and i am very much upset with the behaviour of the hotel
