Hotel Saadet

The saadet Hotel is a lovely place the people can't be more helpful and friendly it not expensive and the food is nice breakfast is good 👌.

Booked a week here last minute, cheap and cheerful, what a great little hotel. We arrived late at night and was made very welcome, ok the rooms are very basic, but we paid for aircon, they cleaned the room everyday spotless clean towels everyday, and our clothes aways left folded up friendly maids. Nice little pool bar. Staff could not do enough for us, was really suprised considering the price we paid. I much prefer a small family run hotel and this is just what we got. Will definately return great all round.Thankyou for a lovely stay

A very welcoming and friendly run family hotel. The beds were really comfortable and although the air conditioning was an extra cost it was well worth the extra money. The staff were always willing to help with any of your needs. The pool area as well as the rest of the hotel was very clean and tidy. Our room was cleaned daily and was ideally located, quiet at night for sleeping but only 10 minutes away from the seafront. If we visited there again we would stay at this hotel without hesitation, it was good value for the money. The breakfast was very basic, but was enough for our needs.

We just felt at home here. The hotel is run by a lovely family who really can't do enough for you. Baris who runs the hotel is so friendly and full of knowledge about the local area. His sister in law I mainly saw at breakfast - she was really lovely and helped me to practice my (very basic!) Turkish. Then there is Baris's mother and father who are smiley people who don't speak much English but try really hard to engage with you. The rooms were basic but absolutely fine for a holiday. They were kept spotlessly clean by the cleaners who put fresh towels out and made up the beds daily. The shower did leak onto the floor and we could have done with more storage but this was not much of a problem for us. The pool area was really clean. We managed to get a sunbed when we needed one but this might be harder in high season. There were drinks and food always available and this was of good quality including my regular Aryan which I always love to drink in Turkey. The included breakfast was Turkish and we really enjoyed it. The hotel itself is not far from the local amenities. There is a shop literally 1 minute away for anything we needed to consume off site. We could walk to the dolmus stop in just over 5 mins which would take us to Yesilkent beach or Attinkum Centre. Buses also go to the markets from here. The walk to Altinkum centre is around 10 mins and the beach is lovely though not many sunbeds sadly which is why we always ventured to Yesilkent. The other guests at the hotel were really friendly and included lots of solo travellers so we made many friends here. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a really nice relaxed holiday and would happily book again

Very friendly hotel all the staff are lovely. Food was was really tasty. Loved the pool its mixed with English and Turkish and everyone was so friendly. Its a short walk to dolphin square and definitely try Alis bar which is on the way. A lovely family run hotel and I will definitely be returning again at some point. ❤️

Second visit , lovely family hotel , brilliant staff and had a great time again, rooms cleaned every day. Visit for sure , breakfast very good , bar staffed all day and snacks and meals available, good stay indeed , so all good .thanks for another great stay.

What a great hotel. Basic hotel but 100% clean and staff are amazing. We booked a last minute booking and was not disappointed. Breakfast was great, pool area clean and tidy and staff amazing. Small family run hotel and very friendly and helpful. The people we met around the pool were fantastic and if I come again would defo come back.to this hotel. Well Paula from previous review your correct in everything you say we was there with u and the reply to ure review is absolute garbage.even locals in bars told us the hotel staff are thief’s and do not stay there never ever again absolutely disgusting staff rude rob u never get a bar bill they will charge everyone in your party for the round. STAY AWAY Y WILL REGRET URE STAY HERE

This hotel is very basic dolls house furniture, they is no running hot water so cold showers all the time ,when I went to to speak to them about cold showers ,he told my friend I was angry .. it's a basic human right for a warm shower at least , I was told because they was no sun . Love holidays was no help either when I went on live chat .. The guy came upto me and said they would be some hot water late afternoon early evening so you could only have a warm shower once a day in that heat . . I had no shower curtain for 2 days and the bathrooms are a death trap the shower tray was higher that the floor with the toilet on a slant right next to it so could easily fall over if you step back in the shower .the gap between the loo and the wal was not wide enough for your knees they would touch the walls. Balcony is not worth having you could only fit 2 chairs on no table . And the noise that was something else, the owners have 2 dogs that roam free around the hotel al day but on a night they are outside and bark all night ,the traffic is horrible that's all you hear traffic and barking dogs . not what you see in the pictures ,it has a lovely pool, but does hire it to other people who are not staying in there hotel and they come out towels down before you even surface . I witnessed very poor customer service from the owner to a pair young men, they questioned the bill and he flew into a rage ,said he's not a thief he doesn't need money and would call the police ,threw the passports at these young men whilst we was sat at the same table as the lads he said they was very drunk and this wasn't the case . The next day one of the lads got a bottle of water from the fridge left them money on the reception top and the owner came out with the change and threw it at him and walked away,I couldn't believe what I witnessed how rude. They was also a lady from Barbados but lives in Luton staying in the hotel and she was completely ignored they looked at her breakfast like they thought she shouldn't have as much as she did but it had been paid for and I was having breakfast with her this morning,I was told later it's because they don't like black people how bloody awful It's a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for but my advice is stay somewhere else where you will get better customer service and a peaceful nights sleep .
