Room service very aggressively kept opening my door with the handle, banging on the door and screaming room service even when i said i didn’t want to be disturbed. They came again 1 and half hours later and behaved the same way. They also assumed I don’t know Swahili and said to the other staff member infront of me that “Ana ni Sinya” (She is angering/irritating me). Thieves came into the hotel which is very unsafe. The manager called mentioning I need to leave the room. I then left the room at 4:30pm and when i returned at 11:20pm nothing in my room was cleaned and was left untouched.

Beautiful resort with nice size rooms. Very nice pool area for kids to play and has beach access right from the resort. Lots of activities by the beach, as jet skiing, glass boat rides, snorkeling and much more. Breakfast is available every morning and they do have good options for breakfast for everyone.

We had a really lovely stay at the Neptune Palm. The hotel is very peaceful & quiet which makes for a relaxing holiday after safari. The rooms are a great size and the shower is powerful. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. Food was good, it’s also a bonus that you can use the other sister hotels just next door so you don’t have to eat every meal in the same restaurant. Cocktails are amazing! All freshly made, no usual pre made drinks here. Galu beach itself is gorgeous and of course the ocean is warm. What’s not to love …

The hotel is big and rooms are nice ,The service from the staff was A1. The food and drinks also was excellent. We had come friends to celebrate there anniversary . The faculties were all good. AAA

Stayed in a group of 15 relatives for 3 nights. They revamped the hotel rooms and the food was excellent. The service was fantastic and every whim was taken care of. A big thank you to the Manager Mr Joseph Kivatsi who welcomed us warmly and took exceptional care of us during our stay here. A big thank you to Chef Evans for the amazing food, service and even arranged a birthday celebration for us. The food was very delicious and catered to all cuisines. Thank you to Suleman, Fatuma, Siti, Khadija and Chef Josephat who catered to our all meals. The animation team led by Happy John also kept us well entertained in the evenings. We will definitely be back and continue the amazing job.

The variety of African, western, Indian food was phenomenal. They thought of everyone and all kinds of clientele. The friendly staff everywhere we looked, was absolutely incredible. Always a smiling face and always friendly. The special events nights, and the local music as well as other music, so that one can dance under the stars was really special. We will cherish these memories for a lifetime.

Our stay at Neptune Palm was fantastic in every sense. Having come from Nairobi and Safari, we needed to relax, and Neptune Palm provided a chilled out atmosphere where we were pampered and looked after continuously. The staff were incredibly hospitable, each person asking how you were getting on, how your holiday has been, and if they could get you anything; the room spacious and clean and the bed comfortable; the food varied with multiple meat/fish options and always tasty; and the facilities (pools, bars and Beach) were fantastic. I would recommend a stay here to anyone, and would happily return…!

Our 5night stay at the Palm was exceptional, rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean, the food was delicious and varied (not like other all-inclusive resorts where the same dishes were repeated over and over again). The staff were the friendliest people and so attentive, you could always have a chat with anyone (Patrick, Sarah and Festus were our favourite members of staff!) The beach was absolutely stunning and it’s worth waking up to see the sunrise. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Neptune Palm!!

Beautiful vacation, amazing safari trip Tsavo National Park, accommodation, food, services all luxurious, delegate ck Fischer Václav - super guy - fulfills every wish. Bora-Bora Park, animal feeding, not far from the hotel, visit to the carving workshop, feeding the monkeys in evening bar, orphanage-sad reality.
