Overall, the hotel is clean and well maintained. However When we arrived to check in, our room was not ready until around 3:25 PM which was very disappointing, as we were very tired from driving long hours.
During the night, the cleaning guy at the lobby was very noisy, speaking loudly on his phone speaker, while we were trying to relax and have coffee, thus we left the whole lobby for him and went to our rooms.

El hotel está bien situado al norte de Detroit y con acceso al aeropuerto en 15 minutos. El hotel está bien cuidado, con gimnasio en condiciones. El desayuno, en cuanto a la calidad es muy malo. Las habitaciones en cambio tienen de todo y están bien conservadas.

此酒店服務及其不專業，我們在攜程訂房間付了費用，到酒店之後前台辦理的莫先生硬説沒有收到訂單，聯繫攜程解釋沒有問題了，可是就一直拖着不給辦入住，比我們晚來的客人都住進去了，我們帶着孩子在大堂一直等了一個多小時才勉強辦理，明明寫的酒店不收按金，又非要我們信用卡刷了200美元按金。入住之後房間衞生間沒有紙，打了一次電話又下樓給他説了兩次就是不送來，前台電話就一直打不通，因為他把電話拿起來放一邊。一直到晚上快要睡覺了才又敲門送來。住了兩天沒有人來收拾房間，也沒人打掃衞生。樓下早餐十分簡陋，衹有一個烤麪包🍞片機，一堆人排着隊，早餐有炒雞蛋和牛肉餅，兩頓早餐就吃到一片牛肉，因為餐盒裡一直是空的，客人取完了也沒人添，而且並沒有到用餐結束時間。最可氣的是退房的時候，又額外從信用卡上扣了五十多美元，前台一個穿長牛仔衣的瘦黑人女子一問三不知，不給解釋，就讓找經理，但經理什麼時候在哪裡衹是説不知道。攜程詢問卻説刷的卡是預授權，簡直是胡扯，我都付過款了你刷的哪門子預授權？？這家酒店太差勁了，立等攜程把錢追回來！？

Nice hotel with a good hot breakfast. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
But when is daily maid service going to return? Almost non existent on a 4 night stay. Pretty much empty the garbage and towels only.

The toilet seat have an issue with water not flushing and the sink water also was very shallow,we complained and they switched our room which has the same issue when we complained again they called the manager “Logan “and he said if you don’t like it move to another hotel !!!this is the manager!!

Staying with our two young children, checked in on Christmas Day for two nights. Room was clean, beds comfortable. We used the pool that evening and the light covers for the underwater pool lights were detached and that wasn’t very inviting…or probably very safe. Very skimpy on the towels overall….we had to ask for towels multiple times during our stay, housekeeping provided two on checkin and two the next day…even though we had 4 people in our room. Breakfast was good, staff friendly. Just looks like the whole place was thrown up by contractors and workers who were in a hurry…not painted or wallpapered very carefully. Overall it was fine but I don’t think we’d stay here again.

The heater in the room wasn’t working well so it was kind of cold in the room and the cold water runs very lightly they need to fix the water pressure on the sink
