Hotel não é como anunciado nas fotos. Nenhum espaço comum ao ar livre terminado. Ainda está em fase de construção. O restaurante está permanentemente fechado. Eles nos colocaram em uma sala que não tinha sido limpa. Tive que assistir a equipe compor o nosso quarto. Eles nos deram uma garrafa de vinho espumante barato para nossos problemas. O único aspecto positivo que posso dizer foi que a cama era confortável.

I chose this hotel for it proximity to a concert I was attending. The staff was aloof and rude. The room keys are also hard to use.

The property is a unique artsy boutique. It has lots of one of a kind installation of local artist artworks inside and on the exterior of the hotel.
Wish the restaurant is still open, it was very good according to the reviews.
Hopefully, they will find a new chef and reopen this restaurant to bring more life into this hotel.

The hotel is located in an area that is not developed and seemingly shady. The rooms are tiny with paper thin wall. The worst part was the concrete floor that even with the heat on full blast felt like you were walking outside. The inside of the window had ice formed and I could never get the room warm. The elevator felt like it was open to the elements.

Room was clean and unique. Enjoyed the environment. Comfortable stay. For the price we would have hoped for a little more, in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at in Detroit. Nothing negative to say about our experience.
Parking was really nice, although winter storm everything was ice.

Great modern hotel thats super lean with amazing staff and show for anything youve forgotten, great for close transport into the main town of Detroit but plenty of bars and restaurants in the area x

This hotel is marketed as an "Artisan" hotel ...this just means there's a lot of unnecessary frills that they charge more money for. Eg, leather chairs in hallways, artwork, concrete floors in rooms.
Felt very safe walking around the area and our room was comfortable except a large cobweb hanging off the sprinkler head.
