The staff is great and they do care. The property is Classic Old Destin but is aged....The management however is woefully incompetent and patronizing to both staff, guest and owners of the time shares. If the owners of the time shares don't get involved and have the managment replaced the place will continue to dilapidate until GONE...

The beach is beautiful and very enjoyable, especially at sunset. The unit is far enough from the main road so that it is very quiet inside. The unit was clean and functional, although some expected features were not provided, such as a k-cup coffee maker. Could also use a nonstick frying pan and ice cream scoop

We booked a 3 bed/2 bath condo for our stay and we were pleasantly surprised! The condo was very clean, well situated, stocked with enough to get the week going, and had a fantastic view! The pools are heated and very clean. Pool towels always available! The grounds crew and staff work non stop and are so very friendly! The beach access is easy & the beach is beautiful & clean. We highly recommend the seafood market just up the drive - easily walked to. Fantastic steam and go shrimp for lunch!!

Overall the place was good, the location is great(on the beach) but the rooms are outdated. The pool was heated and the staff was friendly. We will definitely come back. The local restaurant are expensive

We had a 3 bedroom unit on the third floor in Section two. It was very well appointed. The flooring was new, as well as, the furniture. It was nicely decorated and the beds were spacious and comfortable. There are 2 pools that are available and they were very clean. We loved the stackable, washer and dryer too. It was a 2 minute walk to the pristine white beach. We look forward to returning next year.

This property was clean, and the grounds were clean. The only problem is that the furniture is clean but dated and need to be replaced. The location is very accessible to some main attractions. The beach accommodation was excellent.

Jetted tub off master with black crust in the jets. Ice chute on frig along the seal has what appeared to be black mold, this was discovered the day we were leaving. The ice naker worked, but not the panel on the door that provided crushed or cubed ice. Our "tennis view" apartment was just above the facility laundry, likely one if the worst sites there, when complained about not being what we "led to believe," we were told to contact our primary service providing the reservations, Sapphire, which didn't return call during the whole week we were there

We are platinum members and were told by RCI that we would be upgraded to an oceanfront unit. When we arrived, RCI had not taken care of this matter for us and we were stuck in a unit with a parking lot view. Very disappointing. Units are somewhat dated. Staff was courteous and friendly. Pool area was nice. Unless you don't mind not even seeing the ocean from your unit, this may work for you...Not for us!

The location and beach views are very nice. Pools are kept very clean. The studio and 1 BRs are awful. In dire need of upgrades. Maintenance said furniture is over 20 years old and it looks it. We had a 3 BR and they had new LR furniture and new DR chairs delivered. Kitchen appliances all need replaced.
