First time booking this resort. Booked 2nights stay here. Smooth check in with friendly receptionist. The suit was well furnished I like the layout of king size bed & bathroom with bathtub situated upstairs. This resort is located 5km away from nearest town area of Taman Desaru Utama where nearest supermarket, mall or 7 eleven can be found. Fortunately there is a mini retail store and a few nice restaurants available here serving Indian, Korean, Western & Chinese cuisine. Buffet breakfast with adequate varieties is served till 1030am at the resort coffeehouse. There is also a gym, Swimming pool and a mini water park most suitable for children. Highly recommend the Rhu seafood restaurant serving good fresh seafood at reasonable pricing best of all sea front view. This beach front resort is best for couple or family as you can just relax & enjoy the resort facilities without going anywhere. Will definitely book here again with my love ones. Take note grab is hard to get here however you can use the resort taxi services.

my partner and i were serviced by a trainee at the reception, she is very patient and polite. check in and check out was quick. the resort has a mini zoo, small waterpark for children, gym, swimming pool (quite far from waterpark), a seafood restaurant, beach was closed due to bad weather and high tides. room was like a chalet, it has 2 storeys. 1 toilet at each level, top level toilet comes with a bath tub. worth the money, we stayed for 1 night, wish we can stay longer. will be back

Back here after 5 years, the hotel still well maintained. Very much suitable for family holidays. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Lotus Desaru, till we meet again.

2nd time staying in this resort, sound proof for the room is good and the room is quiet.
If the resort could have some complimentary offer or discount vouchers for repeated customers, will further enhance the loyalty.

Nice environment ... The morning buffet staff had a bad attitude , while we were having breakfast, they turned off all the fans in an attempt to get us out.Fortunately, after I talked to one of the service staff, they finally gave us a fan.(Just a fan 😡)The room smells a bit musty...It will be better after turning on the air conditioner...

We were greeted with smiles despite the PH crowd when we were there. All went well except the splash park, the water is not deep enough that when the kids go down the slide, they bumped their buttock.
