Surety is a beautiful hotel right on the corner and parking garages and lots immediately close by. The staff are friendly and professional. They go above and beyond. Thank you

Beautiful decor and rooms. Parking is not included. It is $25 in a garage around the corner from the hotel. We didn’t get to try their breakfast because the cook didn’t show up before we had to leave.

We loved the vibe and friendliness of the Surety. The room was clean, modern, comfortable. Beautiful bathroom and aesthetics all around. The bar/ restaurant was cozy and had good drinks, although the food was underwhelming.
Great location. Would definitely stay again.

This was just an okay experience. The beds were comfy. The staff were friendly enough. The rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly - dust in corners. The rug in our room was also crooked and had dirt on it. Not exactly the worst and dirtiest hotel I’ve been in, but the expectations did not match the experience as it came across as a luxury hotel.
