The hotel location is good, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the mountain. It is very clean and well mantained, the staff is very kind and professional. Good breakfast, both Chinese and Western. Such a pity they closed the swimming pool, but the gym is well equipped.

Beautiful hotel! Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel. The staffs were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. The pool was always warm and clean and the breakfast is good.

Service was great. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Room was great on the top floor, Very spacious. The main problem we had was that the pool wasn’t open during our stay which was 3 nights. I understand this due to COVID-19, but this should be stated on the website as we were looking forward to relaxing in the water. This was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel so we were very disappointed. We only found out at the front desk on check in. The hotel it’s self and everything else,

房間很大很乾凈 地理位置自駕也非常方便
酒店服務很好很人性化 送了小童早餐 品種很豐富 客房服務響應得非常快 機器人送貨上門很可愛
最棒的是酒店非常寵物友好 入住還送了狗盆和寵物墊
美中不足的是 房間的電話不通 可能需要定期檢查下設備
會考慮再次入住

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，前台服務很好，幫忙升級了房型，幫我們安排在了同一樓層，還很耐心的給我們介紹周邊的景點和美食。房間乾淨整潔，打掃的阿姨也很熱情。早餐特別豐富，餐廳環境不錯，窗外就是大片的綠色，讓人心曠神怡

凌晨抵達酒店，前台熱情周到，服務很好，帶沙發床的大開間很適合大孩家庭，枕頭舒適，休息得很好。距離上渚山下渚湖開車十分鐘以內，地上地下停車方便，無需核銷，出入絲滑。

和父母一起出來，選擇了比較靠譜的品牌，前台接待還挺好的，我想要在一層，最後給我就都升級了一下，早餐品類也挺多的，房間隔音還挺好，很安靜，如果枕頭有更多選擇就更好了
