Check in process was smooth, the staff are nice. There is welcoming drink. The room was clean. But too noisy, we can hear voice from outside of the room. Even the voice from the pool, can be heard. (My room are not that close from the pool). Everything is great, but need more Soundproofing.

With a variety of activities and friendly staff, our kids were entertained and happy, allowing us some much-needed relaxation time. Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast was another standout feature. With a wide selection of delicious options, there was something for everyone. Our family loved trying different dishes each morning, making breakfast a highlight of our stay. The quality and variety truly impressed us, catering to both adults and kids alike. Comfortable Accommodations: Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect space for our family to unwind. It was well-equipped with amenities that made our stay enjoyable. Exceptional Service: The service at Marriott Yogyakarta was top-notch. Staff name Max, from operator really helpfully staff in particular, provided outstanding support, ensuring that our family had everything we needed throughout our stay. His attentiveness made us feel valued and well taken care of. Overall, Marriott Yogyakarta is a fantastic hotel for families. With its amazing kids' club, delicious breakfast options, and excellent service, it’s a perfect place to create lasting memories. I highly recommend it for any family visiting Yogyakarta!

I was staying for 8 nights in this hotel and my son was very happy staying there, all of the staff were very friendly and very polite, whenever I needed something they responded very quickly, food was always delicious and what make me happy the most is my son always eat properly when I bought the food from the hotel cause he is a very fussy eater, would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Jogja. Thank you 🙏

The room was nice clean,and cozy and the food was great. The breakfast variety were boost my mood. What a wonderfull time to stay with a warmest and helpfull team. Mr Agus has shown the proffessionalism and great us in every single guests momment during our stay. A nice guy you have to meet. Really reccommended Hotel to stay whilst you are in Jogjakarta Bravo....keep it up
