Worst experience possible. Do not ruin your stay during pilgrimage. 1. Discourteous staff and reception 2. Restaurant taken minimum 1 hour to prepare food and most of the time either they don't have wheat for rotis or batter for dosa 3. Zero maintenance room with noisy ac, stained bathrooms and filthiest bed

Worst hotel.. service was very poor.. horrible experience. They changed 2800 per night . But they r not provided basic amenities.. AC not working properly. Toylet & room not clean.. very bad smelling. Basic TCM also not available in the room. Service person told that go to outside & take tea for outside tea shop. Food quantity r not maintain properly. To much of mosquito 🦟 in the room. Room window glass broken. Driver room also waste condition. They provide store room for driver. Is it true??

Booking : swiftly confirmed Front Desk : solution oriented, very helpful, great attitude, swift Rooms : humble property of Spacious rooms with a balcony, Clean Rooms Service : Good, swift Restaurant : Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian menu (Review is for vegetarian breakfast) fresh food, decent spread/varieties Can improve on south indian cuisines Travel Desk : not sure if there was one however, the front desk was able to answer queries on travel as well our requirement for a taxi to Jasidih Railway station was well met at acceptable charges This is a humble property and kind of due for some renovations but their attitude to service is excellent

The General ***ager of the Hotel Mr. Nitish is inconsiderate and ignores all concerns of the guests. ******* could not establish a connection with the property contact.
The restaurant section is very good, Added Breakfast with a room reservation. All the guests liked the food. The hotel Staff are also good. But the main problem is ***agement. Rooms are smelly, Dirty, and full of ants and flies. The bathrooms are dirty and don't reflect this is a 3-star hotel. Booked four rooms for three days for 4 senior citizens, 2 kids, and 3 adults. AC does not work properly. The TV display is bad. The check-in process was pathetic ( multiple cancellations did not get reflected in the system). The hotel ***ager ( Mr. Nitish Rai) finds everything is okay. Had to follow up multiple times with the same request.

3RD CLASS RESTORENT SERVICE IN ENTIRE DEOGHAR CITY. On My birthday I booked Restorent for celebration in June 2023 here with family and guest . But the behaviour of staff was very poor, they were engaged in serving for others, and were not responding properly. Even they couldn’t serve the food in an hour after placing order. Finally when we decided to move on then staff came to the table and were counting mineral water that we had order very attentively.finally we paid for the bottle and moved to the another Restorent ***** with family and guest.Staff were rude and arrogant. Tthey don’t have even ***ners that how to deal with visitors.There is no respect for Custmer.

was a wonderful Stay at The Sonnet .The room was clean .The staff was extremely courteous .They took good care of all our needs and comfort .The food at the hotel is sumptuous .Mr.Nitish took extra care that our check in and check out was done smoothly .he also made sure that we carried our breakfast as we were checking out early morning .looking forward to staying there again during our next Deoghar visit

The hotel is located near the temple, not exactly walking distance but close. Staff is good and responsive, service is good. Restaurant food is very tasty. Hotel is a bit dated, but overall stay was pleasant.
