Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast

Nothing could have been better regarding our stay. We requested early check-in and the coordination regarding our request was top-notch. All communications were warm and responsive. The accommodations were simply beautiful and the food was incredible. Safe and easy parking for our vehicle. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back.

Wonderful and creative vegetarian breakfast! Cool huge old house with two staircases which helped us pull off a surprise for a birthday. The host helped also! Free parking, gardens front & back. Across the street from a park in up town. Less than a 15 minute walk to 16th street but not through a neighborhood I would walk in at night. 16th street mall street is under major construction replacing pipes, we took an Uber back (10/2024). Nice beds, beautiful furniture, books and decorations, quiet, safe, Our room (Columbine) bathtub wouldn’t hold water for a bath. And their room (Fountain) did not have dark curtains so the light that shines on the b&b sign outside was too bright and that kept my friend awake were our only complaints.

The Queen Anne Urban Bed & Breakfast is number one for a reason. Our two night stay was great even before we arrived. They send you a link to a guide explaining thorough directions/instructions on your code for the inn and your room, parking options, local restaurants, etc. It made it so easy to check-in. We also got a lovely tour from Hannah when we arrived. The place is charming and full of eclectic art. Stevie made delicious breakfast and was super friendly. I did not expect mushroom & goat cheese toast. Yum. The back garden was adorable. We were in the Fountain room, which was huge and overlooked the park. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a massive jacuzzi tub/shower and two sinks. Not to worry, there was a footstool for us shorter people to get into the tub. Note, there is a step to get up to the toilet. I also liked our desk area and comfy armchair. The location was great for exploring Denver. About a 20 minute walk to RiNo or Union Station. I would highly recommend Queen Anne to others traveling to Denver. It was a great way to close out our first trip to Colorado.

We attended a concert at the Paramount and chose to stay here due to its convenient location. The room and house were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the hosts/employees were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Denver.

I just had my bachelorette party here (rented the entire B&B) and I am obsessed with this place, it was so wonderful and exceed all expectations. All of the rooms had so much charm - the artists lofts especially are enormous! everyone absolutely loved their rooms (comfy beds, very good AC which was great in the heat, super clean). At the risk of sounding ageist, I was a little nervous about booking out the B&B for my bachelorette because I was picturing a quiet elderly couple staffing the B&B that might not love interacting with a group of 12 mid-30s women. But that was not the case at all - all the staff are very cool/friendly/artsy and will match your vibe (i.e., will chat if you want to chat or leave you alone if you want quiet) Nicole really took care of us and was very attentive and helpful and easy to talk to. The breakfast was delicious - especially the fresh pesto that Stevie (chef) made from scratch each morning. One of my friends had to leave for a flight at 5am and Stevie & Nicole (w/out us having to ask) left her a little to-go bag of muffins and oranges (since she was leaving before breakfast) + a nice note. The owner even came by and said hi to us, gave us Denver recommendations, and explained the history of the b&b which involved bringing in a bunch of local artists to design all the rooms. It's a very cool place. The B&B is right across the street from a nice big park, and a short walk or very short drive to RiNo neighborhood where we spent a lot of time. The first night our group sat on the big back patio in the garden and ordered pizza and drank wine and I just felt so comfortable like I was hanging in a good friends cute backyard. I just can't say enough good things about this place but will stop here for now!

Just an incredibly hospitable and comfortable B&B near downtown Denver. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had good luck with weather and were able to take our *delicious* breakfasts in the beautiful garden each day. We stayed in the Rooftop room and it was exactly as described on their website - we did take advantage of soaking in the hot tub after a day hiking in nearby RMNP. Multiple restaurant, bar, and dessert options within a few blocks walk. Warning - if accessing the Queen Anne from the interstate, you will have to drive through rough-looking parts of downtown Denver - don't panic, that pretty much abates by the time you get here. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location with restaurants in walking distance. Very friendly welcome from Nicole. Great communication before our arrival -so we could plan ahead. Beautifully appointed room and breakfast (prepared by Stevie) was just perfect. Water cooler down stairs so you could stay hydrated to combat the altitude. Cookies baked daily and tea/ coffee always on hand. Communal fridge to store food if required. Highly recommend!

The Queen Anne was great improvement from staying at chain hotels for the previous 5 nights! What a lovely inn with beautifully decorated rooms, friendly innkeeper and staff and great amenities. Free off-street parking was a big plus! The rooms were large and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private garden in the back and sat out there in the afternoon and read, and then had breakfast outside. The food was delicious! We went to a Rockies game and it was a convenient 20 minute walk to Coors Field. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast!!

Stayed here while I was in Denver for a concert. I’m glad that I chose this instead the many hotels in the area because it was walking distance to the Paramount theater and to take advantage of the wonderful breakfast that was served in the morning. Staff are friendly and helpful, food is amazing, and the home is beautiful and tastefully decorated. No regrets
