The room was very clean and spacious. The shower was excellent, though the beds perhaps a bit on the soft side. Staff was very friendly and helpful - came over to help us operate the coffee machine that I couldn't get to work and offered us to move to a different room when the A/C thermostat turned out to be faulty (we declined, and made do with an extra blanket). The breakfast buffet is in my opinion one of the best for a hotel in this price range. Only the gym needs a bit more attention: the clock was wrong and some of the equipment was out of order. We didn't use the pool because the weather was frigid, but it looked like a great place to hang out in spring/summer.

The hotel was great with one exception. There were no sanitizing wipes left in the fitness center and the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. There was a bottle on the window sill, but the pump was broken. This shows a lack of concern about hygiene during flu season.

I like the hotel except the bed is too soft for us. That’s not our preference bed. Therefore, we will not book again. Otherwise, everything is good.

The bed was really comfy. The walls were thin so we heard talking and music from our neighbors at 5 AM…complained to the front desk and they didn’t do anything to stop them. Plumbing also was weird in that the water pressure was too much for the bathroom sink and the room smelled like fart. Expected more for how much we paid.

I always stay here when in the area. The staff are friendly, the property clean and comfortable and there are several places to eat nearby. Most importantly is it's 2 blocks from Bus-ee's.

The hotel is in a safe and very convenient location to get anywhere around Denton easily. Rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, and we love having ceiling fan makes it more like home. Staff is very friendly.
