Pelham House Resort

We stayed in Room 13, one of the Suites. The views were amazing- if you like an uninterrupted view of the water. There are 3 fire pits in the pool area. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were maybe the best I have ever used. I meant to get a pic of anything identifying it so that I could buy some for my house, but I forgot! There is also a restaurant on the property that was Great as well.

Customer Service at your hotel is absolutely horrific. They do not listen to their customers and they have no issue taking your money and not refunding it due to their policy. Beware. Absolutely terrible for the price you pay. Would never recommend it to family or friends.

Wonderful resort, the staff were super friendly. The beds were so comfortable. The room was awesome with a light and airy decor. Having the restaurant on the resort made dinner an easy choice. The drinks and food were amazing! I am looking forward to going back when the weather is warmer, the outdoor firepits looked beautiful outside the restaurant and in the pool area.

An absolute excellent experience!!! We spent the night and had dinner. From Cathrine at the front desk, Molly our server and Grace, Heather and John who run operations, we had such a great time. And the sunrise wasn’t to shabby Thank you guys!! Andrew and Sarah Colonna

We stayed for 3 nights after Chris**as. It was very quiet and clean. The girl who checked us in was very kind to offer to help us carry our luggage up the steps to our room. It rained most of our stay but the room was comfortable and clean so we enjoyed the rest.

Use to come here a lot, It’s a very stuffy environment now, an uptight vibe, Loosing up a little bit

Booked an Oceanfront King at the Pelham House Resort for a three day visit. The appeal of the property was the location on the beach with a beautiful pool w/ heaters and a very well rated restaurant. The location was excellent, could have been any closer to the ocean/beach and could hear the waves crashing all day and night. The pool is heated and enclosed by a glass wall so it was enjoyable even in May. The Rooftop bar and restaurant are on the top level of an adjoining building and offer wonderful views. Dinner was a mixed bag (loud group next to us and some dishes were just OK) but otherwise enjoyable once the group left :-). Had lunch by the pool twice and the lobster rolls were excellent. The only negative was being on the first floor as all you hear are footsteps above you. We thought we just had elephants above us but another couple we met was also unhappy w/ the same issue. I do recommend staying here but definitely stay on the upper floor and ask questions about the dishes as to understand how they are prepared if you are dining at the Rooftop.

Beautiful room, clean, great bathroom and walk in shower, great view of ocean and fire pits- friendly staff. The roller skates were a fun use of party room in the off season. Steps from a stunning ocean and beach that was empty and clean. Easy parking.

No phones in room. Front desk staff isn’t always there. In case of an emergency you have to call a number posted on the entry door. No one cleaned our room on the second night.
