On the whole, a very nice resort. A little pricey perhaps. Rooms are nice with a sea view. I was a little disappointed in the fact that there were no bathrobes in the room. Also, no food in the morning (opens at 11 am). There’s a nice rooftop lounge/restaurant but I was a little shocked by the prices ($18 for a glass of wine). Would I stay there again! Yes..

I asked for a room with two separate bedrooms and a view. The separate bedrooms worked out great! However, there was no living room. I paid $1,000 per night and expected a living room and a water view for both bedrooms. Only one of the rooms had a deck and view. There was also a wedding there. They only paid $800 per night so I don’t understand why I paid more for basically two beds. When I asked the person at the desk, she said that’s the price. Good location but not worth the money!

Had a great time. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and attentive. The food was delicious, and the pool and beach areas were also very nice. All in all a very nice stay. Stayed for two nights on a gift from our daughter and son in law. It was a very relaxing getaway.....

This resort is top notch in every way. Stayed here Friday - Sunday for a wedding. The grounds are gorgeous. The rooms were very spacious, updated and clean. The only downside of the room was the size of the bathroom area. The resort has a beautiful pool area, several excellent options for food with poolside and beachside service. Location is great- off the beaten path in a nice quiet neighborhood. One set of stairs leads down to a private beach. The best part of the experience was the staff - they were all friendly, helpful and attentive.

This is our third visit and The location lives up to the hype. Every room has ocean and pool view( some better than others). We were on the second floor. The rooms are spacious, with a couch, the bathroom not so much, but manageable. The bed , ours was (king size) and pillows are comfy along with the patio chairs. The on-site restaurants are also very good although a bit expensive . Found staff very accommodating and friendly. Parking was a challenge, we had to valet at on-site restaurant as all guest parking was full. We will return next year!

We came in for a wedding. Service was excellent including text updates. Bar staff and wait staff around the pool were excellent. Large room was great.... Wonderful views of pool beach and ocean from large balcony, very clean and updated with all amenities; hairdryer, iron. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a little small (queen room). All rooms are accessed from out door covered walkways. We were on 3rd floor and despite a large wedding crowd it was very quiet. Black out blinds were the best. Parking was a little tough The only downside was the rates! Two night minimum and 800-900 a night. But it was the perfect setting for a wedding.

This was a last minute trip. There was one room left. I wasn’t expecting it to be that great but it was wonderful! View of the Sound and pool, with cute balcony (useful for drying swimsuits). Our experience was great! The hotel, rooms and grounds are clean and well maintained. Our room was already serviced when we returned from breakfast (a very short drive away). Everyone we encountered was, as other reviews noted, helpful, warm and welcoming. I traveled with two children and we were accommodated above and beyond. Not sure what the issue was with the parking lot. Another reviewer found it tough to navigate but we had no problem in our SUV. Yes, the spaces are tight, as they often are in small lots, but there was plenty of parking available. Plus, if it was a problem for you, you could valet. Pool was kept very clean during our 4 day stay. Beach is private, down some stairs, but you can wander on to other beaches on either side of Pelham’s. Very handy foot shower upon return. We had absolutely no complaints and were sad to leave. The Rooftop restaurant on site was dramatic and beautiful. Great food and service. Very kind to, and indulgent of, children! My kids repeated “We love this place. Thank you for taking us here!” over our entire visit. Big smiles. Will definitely return. Sweet to hear the waves at night. We were on ground floor but had no problem with noise (as mentioned by other guests). Very happy we chose Pelham. S

I’ll with the good- friendly staff, room was clean, view was good, comfy beds. The downfalls- 1) pool- heater never worked while we were there and despite being reassured, it never did. This was a massive disappointment for our son who was frozen purple every time he tried to get in; This also leads into 2) the beach- the sand was so deep it was hard to walk around and unnerving when you tried to get to the water since it was a short, steep, beach. The water was unreadable for depth and appeared to drop off. Either way, not kid friendly by any means (honestly it was not adult friendly either in my opinion) and not ideal for any kind of walk. It was clean, however, likely because it’s not used; 3) parking- during the week was painful. I have a mid sized suv and it’s a miracle if it was not footed. Twice in almost had to crawl out the door to get out of my car and staff parked in hotel parking, making the issue worse; and 4) not within walking distance to anything besides their restaurant next door (5stars for the rooftop - really good). Without access to any water, we only paid for the view and ended up seeking out beaches 20 miles away, so it will be unlikely we can suggest this hotel.

The facility is quite beautiful from the outside and the location is excellent. BUT, apparently the building where the rooms are located is a re-done former motel that does not appear to have been renovated with adequate soundproofing especially in the floors. The effects in our first floor room were a nuisance: any movement on the second floor (like walking, moving luggage etc.) reverberated in the room. It sounded like there was a gym above us.
