Hii good morning to all of you my name is Rohit So last night I stayed in Oyo surya inn. I already heard lot of things about that hotel from others. So i thought I hve to go and visit that hotel and take the feel of hospitality. I also from hospitality background so i went to the hotel there was a person in reception . I don't know the name of that person but he was like dumb he don't know about his own hotel. He don't know about the check in and checkout process . He don't know how to talk with guest. Today in the morning I ordered Aloo Naan but there is no potato present in that naan and i informed him about the Naan . He told me that sir you have to pay for that we can't change the order and we can not replace with new orders you have to pay. So i realiz that poor staff always Will kill your business and clients. So i Request you to all please don't trust on ratings don't waste your money on that hotel please..
