It was a basic room. It had a pretty small TV and there wasn’t much room. Smallest shower/ tub that I have ever seen.

A quick overnight and this was just what I wanted- clean, fair price for the area, comfortable bed, nice location and no fuss. Modest breakfast selection but hot and decent coffee. Probably not ideal if you’re looking for splashy or impressive lobby, but I stop again

The major issue with our stay was the party the was in the parking lot of the hotel right outside our room until midnight or so.

I have been to this hotel 2 year's ago. I like that it is close to the Columbus zoo, Legoland and outlet malls. My only compliant was my neighbors were very noisy letting their door slam each time they came and went. I would not recommend having a room by the elevator either as you can hear people talking while waiting. It normally is quiet unfortunately this weekend a motorcycle club came and they were a little loud . I also didnt think it was appropriate for a tatoo artist to be performing in the lobby.

Nice breakfast buffet, hotel was clean and comfortable. Close driving distance to the zoo. Food within driving distance. Shopping was a little father away but not bad. Great place to stay.

Room fridge only cooled partially. Hotel was booked and the one staff member managing breakfast couldn't keep up, but I don't blame him.

This hotel was very nice for the price. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

Booked through ******* but upon arrival the hotel reception stated they did not have any record of the reservation. Fortunately they had vacancy and I paid for a night; so I essentially paid twice. The individual at reception had no empathy for the situation, and simply told me that they had no record of the reservation made earlier in the day there was no effort to look into what had happened, or to even verify any information with me. This is what frustrated me most - the lack of caring or concern - there was none, although I was told they were experiencing computer problems so that might have been the problem? In any event ******* handled it promptly and I am in process of receiving refund for the excess payment but reception at the hotel after a long drive and late at night was not acceptable. Other than that the property was clean and comfortable.
