Pool was freezing , was suppose to get a king room two nights in a row still ended up in a double queen. When we booked a king and paid for a king.

This place is absolutely horrid. They did not give me my deposit back for my pet fee, as promised. (I was there for a dog show, and only stayed 1 night) My one puppy did not run around the room one second. He was crated at night and we were gone the whole first day- so, yes I am entitled to my deposit return. The place is filthy. We did not use the pool, but noticed it had no overhead lighting. We quickly ran over to breakfast at 8:30am. Breakfast goes until 9 and there was no food or drink- only someone saying they've closed up for the morning. The noise above our room the entire first night was horrendous. I tried to call the desk several times and no one answered. I had a child with me, so did not leave the room. If you would have told me they were having night time demolition completed I would have 100% believed you. I went straight to the front desk the next day upon returning to our room, where once again the imaginary construction crew was demoing upstairs above us. The front desk said there was nothing they could do about it, and it "wasn't there problem" I was also told this on the phone several times. I have called numerous times and the "manager" is never there to speak with me. I also woke up to find a new charge on my card for 50.00 that no one can explain. The one time I managed to get "someone who could talk with me" on the phone she told me that they don't provide receipts and it is the customers responsibility to ask for one. I did- and was told they don't provide them printed. I never received one emailed either. She also told me it looked like I was overcharged and she wasn't sure what all of the charges were for. She said "give me 10 minutes and I'll call you back." She never did and then now, still 6 hours later will not answer the phone. This place is not American owned, which shouldn't make a difference. STAY AWAY!!!!!! Thieves!!

Dirty, breakfast eggs appeared to be from a mix that someone didn't follow the directions making. The coffee machine in the room was missing a part. Was quite the adventure in getting the staff to get us the part. Nearly all of the equipment in the exercise center was broken or not functioning. The whole place was dirty. The bathroom door was poorly fitted to the frame, making it hard to close and noisy to do so. The lamp fixtures in the room were heavily rusted. The air conditioner only worked part-time. The whole place was dirty and covered in cobwebs, inside and out. I've stayed in 3rd world hotels that were cleaner and better-maintained.

I booked my room for a $116 rate Online They charged $30 per dog when I got to counter with an additional $50 per fee. My rate came to $167+ 90 dog fee+ 50 pet deposit! .. for a gross hotel. The safety lock on my door is broken off. Wish I would have read reviews. If it wasn’t late night I would have completely cancelled

After we got home there was a $50 charge for damage (blood and ketchup) on linen. We did not eat anything in the room, there absolutely NO blood or ketchup on any linen. They have not been willing to reverse the charge, which at this point I feel is fraudulent. I will be contesting this charge with my credit card company since it is completely not correct. I will never stay here again and advise anyone to stay away.

I found the Staff to be pleasant and helpful and room was clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

Terrible hotel not worth the headache or hassle that you will end up with on a daily basis. Go down the road to Polaris area a bit pricier and a bit busier but so much more worth it in the long run!!!

The room was very clean and welcoming. Wish the hot tub was available, but apparently it's been like that for years and no intention in getting it fixed. The pool was really nice. The night clerk didn't want to be bothered with any questions. Check in clerk very professional

This place is awful, food on steps, our room and bathroom floors were filthy. The entire second floor smelled like ****. The toilet seat was broken in our room, the light covering in the bathroom was missing. When checking our bed we found a giant stain on the sheets.
