This hotel had roaches. I literally have 14 pictures of the roaches. They also took my deposit of $50

Large room, hot water, good AC/heat. No coffeepot in the room but they did have a microwave and fridge, as well as hot coffee in the office. Bed was comfortable. Table setup was a little odd. No suitcase rack or anything to set it on other than the bed and table. Overall good for an overnight stay.

There was a mouse in the room. It got in my toiletries bag. Other than that the place was clean and comfortable.

The customer service is great, Everyone I’ve encountered there are friendly, helpful and very patient. I’ve stayed several times here.. The rooms are clean and accessible, the area is quiet.

So I have stayed at the location multiple times this time in my room 110 I killed three small cockroaches not to happy about that.

Well the policy at checkin was to collect a $50 cash security deposit. I offered a credit card instead. The night manager very graciously waived the deposit. This is a strange policy.

Stay was for 5 days 4 nights. We had been there for 2 days and not 1 time did they come and clean or bring us new towels. I had to contact them to request they come clean and also more towels. Internet did not work either.

The room was great. Area was quiet and near many stores and restaurants. The only thing, the floor was soooo dirty. At first glance it looked cleaned. Took off my shoes all to end up with my white socks completely black!
