Perfect hotel, staff behaviour was very polite, location is good. Room neet and clean. Food quality also good

Neat and clean property well maintained rooms. Food was great and krishna from room service was outstanding.

Property is at a good location near isbt. Good food and service also provided at a reasonable price. Room sizes are small as compared to others however worth per the price and food quality provided.

Hotel was great eqsy to find the location situated in main area staff and food was good but one thing they charge 89₹ of one water bottel which mrp was 30₹

Well manner staff food is good hygienic room service, housekeeping completely upto the mark

the reception lady was welcoming. shift leader from front desk didn't give me an upgrade although he could have done. i'm supposed to get it if i reach back to the team. but i was in a hurry. they should ask about all these. the room was very good, so clean as we expect from the lords. food was good in the restaurant. the staff there was very helpful and friendly. they don't have beer 🍺 options at all.first day i was told no beers second day 2-3 very regular beer options. they should keep some more beer options. bira, loan wolf, heineken, kingfisher belgium wheat beer. 4.5 out of 5. thanks

From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly welcome. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The quality of food was exceptional overall our stay at your hotel exceeded our expectations.
