Premium Residence Presqu'Ile de la Touques - Pierre & Vacances

Week-end en couple. Insonorisation des appartements à revoir, réveillés à 6h30 par les voisins du dessus, nous avions l’impression de vivre avec eux. Décevant pour un endroit censé être reposant. Bcp de monde, peu de règles pour les enfants, SPA trop petit et bcp de monde en même temps. Piscine rempli d’enfant impossible donc de se relaxer. Massage au top, masseuse très gentille et agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux mais assez chère. Personnel de l’accueil … désagréable, commère, pas souriante, attitude incorrecte, pour un 5 étoiles ? 🤔 Emplacement parfait, chambre relativement correcte et propre Correspond plutôt à un 3 étoiles

The front desk needs training; not much information is shared, also, we were asked three times if we had children at the time of check-in without any apparent reason in a suspicious manner like if we were trying to sneak in children; once would have been enough, the front desk person should have seen that the question was not well received by my wife for very sensitive personal reason. Total absence of EQ.

The complex is perfectly situated and is an easy walk to Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer and the restaurants of both. The decor of the property exterior was looking a little tired but contractors were on site and repainting those areas. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The pool is heated and both inside and outside aspects allowed swimming throughout our stay. Definitely a venue we will visit again as the area has everything.

The apar**ent was good and we enjoyed the stay. Althogh, at the end we had to clean EVERYTHING from the kitchen to the balcony. If we didnt, they would take some of our money from the deposit. Its a shame that they can't get cleaners so instead they force people to do it for them. Absolute disgrace!

Fabulous accommodation, in a good location - would recommend

This is not really a hotel, it’s a complex of appar**ents that you can rent for whatever length of time you need. Appar**ents have everything, cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle etc even a pod coffee machine. Great location near Deauville town centre, but just a short walk over the river to Trouville. It’s quite a big complex with appar**ents overlooking the river and Trouville on one side, and the harbour on the other, and others facing the gardens or pool. Easy to find by car and walking distance to the railway station (5-10 Minutes). Good underground secure car park, however this is faily expensive, but then the whole place is not exactly cheap. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, particularly over in Trouville, but also just a minute or two away on the harbour. Booking online is easy, however you don’t really know what you’re getting till you get there. River, harbour, pool, or garden views. Ground floor or upper floor. We were lucky we had a nice upper floor appar**ent with balcony overlooking the river, I did see a lady complaining about her small ground floor flat near the garden, which I could understand. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, and most speak OK English. Overall it’s just a nice place to realex, laze about, and not do very much except walk around Deauville & Trouville and eat and drink! My wife loved the pool which is both indoors and outdoors. We fully intend going again. I would say that getting a poor location and view makes me just a little bit nervous, I would try to check what I was getting.

Great apar**ent and complex. Has everything you need! Pool is good too. Great location, nice walk along harbour into Deauville and beach. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

We stayed 2 nights and we were so pleasantly surprised by the large space of our room and the cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is absolutely beautiful and a walking distance to the train station. We loved it!

The location and apar**ents were fabulous and well maintained and equipped. The only reason I have not given the top score is - we ordered two high chairs in advance and though this was confirmed only one was there when we arrived. - I had to ask for the bathrobes which should have been provided after noticing that other guests had them. - I ordered two cots and thought that they had not been provided because they were folded up in a wardrobe rather than made up. We discovered them after complaining and being provided with two more. - some of the wood on the balcony fencing was rotten at the base making the fence insecure. All of these things (with the exception of the rotten wood) were sorted quickly and pleasantly by the staff and we had an excellent stay.
