Number One B&B

I truly enjoyed staying in this cosy B&B ;very high standards with a tasty breakfast.Room was a good size with King Size Bed ,pillows and mattress very comfortable with a nice bathroom. Availability of making tea and coffee and even free milk in a small fridge ;how thoughtful Thank you Susan(the owner) Eva +Mum. I will definitely come back soon

We visited this weekend and booked parking at the nearby Sainsbury's. Less than a 5 min walk away so very handy. The owners kindly let us leave our luggage with them while we explored. We were given our keys straight away. Our room was on the 1st floor at the front of the building. There was a fridge with fresh milk and mini bar if you wanted to buy anything. I loved the little touches like light up make up mirror and face wipes. Lots of choice of teas and coffee plus biscuits. Toiletries provided along with sewing kit, dressing gowns and ear plugs. The building is literally a minute from the seafront so great location. The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast was fabulous. Great choice of cereal and fruit. Cooked breakfast choices were immense. Worth visiting for that alone. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that we had to sleep with the windows open as it was warm and the traffic kept waking us up. (Couldn't use earplugs as make me feel uncomfortable and although on a back street the road is a cut through so very busy). Highly recommend however the owners are in the process of selling up so make sure you visit before the end of October so as not to miss out.

Lovely b&b, lovely owners, seconds from the seafront. Highlight was the incredibly nice breakfast, probably one of the best full English breakfasts I’ve ever had. Book quickly as the owners are selling up and giving up the business, which is a shame but good luck to them.

We’ve stayed at Number One B and B a total of 12 times since 2018, when we found it online. I think that says more than anything I could express about the warm welcome, the excellent breakfast with locally-sourced, high quality elements, the superb, well-equipped and very comfortable bedroom and the great location, just 2 minutes on foot from the seafront. There, I’ve said it anyway! Thank you Susan and Mick for another lively stay.

I wondered whether Number One B&B would live up to its high rating and it did. We had an excellent stay. Our ro was well appointed, with everything you might want for a short stay from a range of toiletries to a comfortable bed. The guidebook sent by the property before we arrived provided helpful information and the cooked breakfast was excellent. Our hosts were welcoming and usefully indicated where we might have dinner.

Room was very comfortable, spotless and the hotel was in a great location. Breakfast was truly outstanding, plenty of choices and so fresh. Susan was a lovely host and welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit/stay here if you’re considering a visit to Deal.

Had a great stay here for a couple of nights. Located just off the seafront and very convenient for all local pubs and restaurants. Room was very nice and really well looked after with everything you could want for a short stay. Great choice for breakfast and all cooked to perfection. Would not hesitate to recommend Number One B&B.

Fab B&B!! Everything about it 5*..comfy bed and room, even a mini bar which was reasonably priced, unlike some hotels. The lovely owner clearly wanted you to have the best experience including the best breakfast I think I've had anywhere! Deal is a special place, stayed because my partner was part of a blues band playing locally, but visited the castle also which was an unexpected treat as it was a truly unique place built by Henry Viii and is a must of things to do. Local pubs, fish n chips etc, wonderful too. We look forward to a return visit!

Exactly what was required for a one night stay. Good location and available street parking, clean tidy room, full mini bar, excellent set up and mobile info app and a VERY good breakfast!! Have recommended to friends for golf trips to the Kent coast area.
