The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. Leonardo Club was the perfect Dead Sea trip! When we needed to change our room because of neighbors who smoked, Tamar handled it politely and immediately. Shlomit called us several times to make sure we were happy. We have never gotten the attention that Shlomit gave us from any hotel! Shlomit also recommended the ”wet trail” hike at Nachal Bokek. It was great and it was free. Shlomit also recommended a hike to ”Zohar Fortress.” What a beautiful and historic place! Also free. The food was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean. The workers were pleasant and polite. We couldn't ask for more.

The environment and location of the hotel are very good, but the service is really bad! We arrived at the hotel around 1 pm, more than three o'clock to stay, queued for nearly two hours. הגענו זוג ללילה אחד.לאחר המתנה של 5 שעות וללא קבלת שיחה על כך שהחדר מוכן ניגשנו מיוזמתנו לקבלה.היה דין ודברים לגבי המע ”מ עם המנהלת, שהפגינה יחס בוטה ומזלזל מאוד (לא רק אלינו). בריכת מי הים היתה קרה והג'קוזי מלוכלך ולא במלוא ההספק. ביום השני היה עמוס ויותר סביר. האוכל טוב ויש מבחר די מספק. סך הכל נהננו, כי המלון גם נמצא במיקום מרכזי ונגיש רגלית לים ולמרכז, אבל הרושם הראשוני העיב על השהייה קצת.

!!! We really enjoyed the two days at the hotel !!!The service is kind and fast (a fault with the TV was fixed within 5 minutes...), the breakfasts are amazing with plenty of food and all the dishes are extremely delicious . The shower is not well built (the entire floor area is completely wet...) but the rest of the room is wonderful. The cultural evening (a performance by the ”Hebrew *****es” was extremely exciting (we danced until we were exhausted...), although the second evening was weak in comparison.
