This is more a 3 star hotel most definitely not a 5 star. Reception staff don't speak English so check in was basic info only. The rooms are nice and clean and housekeeping staff are great. It's advertised as having 3 a la carte restaurants but new management have closed them all except one which is Italian during the week and Seafood on a weekend. You have to select your main in advance from 2 options and you can only visit the restaurant once during your stay!!! Both hotel and Easyjet websites advertise multiple a la carte restaurants. Both websites also list activities and animation, this was non existent until the day before we came home. Bar staff don't understand English and some are very rude. A Vodka and coke seemed way to complicated and often came in 2 glasses one full of vodka and one full of coke 😂 All in all a huge disappointment and will definitely not return

Wonderful Hotel ,, beautiful rooms, same as on the picture, delicious food, very , clean water in swimming pools great water slides with lifeguards supervise, clean private beach,, bus stop in front of the hotel to town Kusadasi , great friendly staff , 100% recommendable place for families with children, activity for kids, yoga , darts, mini disco 🕺 ….. thank You Flora Garden Ephesus For wonderful holiday 10/06-20/06 …. 1220😘

The best hotel. Really nice food ! We liked it a lot. The food is great ,room very clean ,and plenty of activity. Animation , tennis, kids club ,disco . The staff is lovely, definitely will come back . Highly recommended. My kid was the most happy here.

We’re having a wonderful time at Flora Garden. The staff is wonderful especially Nisa and Can and mami. I met them at the blue bar and they were very kind and talkative. They made sure we had a great time here. We would come back for another vacation.

We’ve had a great family holiday, myself , my wife and child had an amazing holiday the staff have been amazing and so attentive to all our requests! The food has been amazing however I think maybe a few alternatives for the kids nuggets , pizza etc should be made available. Also the kids pool maybe needs improving just one little slide and then straight into deep. All in all it’s been a great holiday and we would return!

This was supposed to be a 5 star hotel resort but it isnt, this is more like a 4 star tops and thats pushing it. Rooms very average to be honest, wernt clean until we had to ask. Food was great, ill admit that no issues here and the chef was absolutely great and catered to our needs, so our compliments goto the chef here. Bar service, well this was actually bad, looks like they had trainees there and he couldn't make any decent cocktail at all, i am surprised at this as normally there would be there some one experienced along a trainee, however i did feel sorry for him as he was off his feet, poor management really. Hotel staff were fine in general and kind. The reception were ok but couldn't understand english at all, so thankgod for google translate. we had guest services and they did the translation for us. Simple things like paying via phone lets see was impossible so card only physically inserted with chip and pin, no big deal. Pool was ok but cold, so didnt bother and it was small anyway. This isnt a big place at all, the foyer was fjne and nicely done, and only 1 bar there if theres no animation. Please note that drinks all inclusive are only until 11pm, after that its all chargeable. We arrived late on Monday evening around 1030pm, once we had a snack etc...it was 11 and couldbt even have a drink, even they knew we had arrived late, shocking customer service for a 5 star property. The beach was great and the walking paths were great too to go for a quick walk along the coast. They don't do any currency exchange here, i actually had to go to another hotel down the road and they had no issues at all, so really let down here as theres hardly anything around the hotel, although there was a chas point down the road but wasnt working. In all, i wouldnt go back here to this resort as its also middle of now where and 30min away from town centre Kusadasi. Sorry but this is my honest opinion of this place just because it was a 5 star i expected too much, if it was lesser star then fine i would understand, so i really dont know how they can be classed as a 5 star.

Great place. Ne t to sea. Clean and friendly place. Staff all helpful. We are vegetarians , went out cater for our needs. Ayberke in the dinning room very efficient and helpful. Remembered our needs and adhered to them , without asking us. Hard worker and very pleasant. Esme also hard working.

Semih and ilker a la carre restaurant they took great care of us l would like to thank them from here the service was very good everything was very nice
