Rooms Quality is excellent and they have upgraded me to another room without any extra cost.Main USP is it is very very near to Mall Road.The Staff are excellent.Services is also very good and also they cleaned out room everyday.They have also arranged rental car for sightseeing and pickup and dropping also

Excellent hotel..Full value for money The location is A++. The level of hospitality and amenities are world-class. Staff behavior was great. Never tried Room service hence cannot comment on the same. Highly recommended, only if you are not keen to have a "view room". 👌🏼

Well the stay was good, ambience was nice and hotel was located right near mall road. Food was good. Only issue is about car/bike parking.

The hotel is in a walkable distance just opposite to the capital hall, would definitely recommend anyone visiting darjeeling should stay here.

Location is very good, staff's are well behaved, service also very good. Free wifi is also available. Clock tower is opposite side of hotel. KVS and Glanery's near to the hotel. Great place to stay. Booked by online.

The hotel rooms were cozy and clean. It is located just 2 mins walk from the mall and everything is very close to it. Keventers and glenarys are 2 mins walk, taxi stand and kunga restaurant is 1 min walk. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

It is quite near to the mall, all staffs were polite, however the balcony to the room we had did not had any views, and the room was a bit small.
