Pretty large rooms, food service was good. Just 5mins from keventers and 10mins from mall road. Staff behaviour was good. Nice view of Kanchenjunga from room itself. Though didn’t have electricity for few hours during day time but that cannot be counted as a con

The manager here is EXTREMELY RUDE. He doesn't know how to deal with any guest and have no decency while talking to women. He doesnot cooperate atall, makes the customers feel extremely uncomfortable by his rude and arrogant behavior. He is so fanatic that he often drives guests away by shouting at them while they are trying to book a stay at the hotel. The property is very nice, but it becomes hell for the manager. Had the worst experience here!

Hotel staff are so suspicious, their services are very poor. We ask about a car to reach NJP, they hire a car, but told the driver to drop us at Siliguri Junction. While staying there we heard the hotel owner/staff ( i don't know weather he is the owner or staff) behaving badly with the other guests. In short if you want to spend your Quality time in peace don't stay in this hotel, If you have no other option you can stay there but don't book any car for sightseeing or pickup and drop from the hotel.
