OYO 8241 Hotel Green Park

The worst place to stay with family. The rooms are having mould big moulds with stale smell Towels bed sheets all unhygienic and with pungent smell. We booked two rooms from agoda and they said to pay the 25 % We asked for the payment mode account or qr code which they didn't provided and hence when we arrived they simply denied the booking and with higher rates they gave us a small room with an extra mattress. We were carrying medicine which was supposed to be kept at certain temperature and they provided us the fridge which was not working and by the morning when we went to collect the medicine it has gone bad With all these when we wanted to talk to the owner she kept us lingering without any regret or remorse The area the location looks like u are into some shady areas and with no ventilation Inside the room This was indeed the most pathetic experience. Don't visit this place ever

Worst hotel to stay. They charged me 6k around per day and the moment we stepped into hotel, we knew we made a wrong decision. Their service is very poor. Hotel staffs don't even provide drinking water so I had to keep purchasing from outside. For every service you keep on waiting for hours. You order for breakfast at 7.45 am and you will leave the hotel pissed off at 9.15 am without having breakfast as they prepare that late. There is smell of toilet all around in the balcony area. Rooms will be out of tap water all of sudden in the morning. I would not pay more than rs 1500 such hotels

Very very pathetic hotel management, they dont recieve calls, they wont even make my payment for the materials i supplied to their hotel. The magament doesnt knowbhow to talk to the customers, there is no respect for personal privacy, please avoid this hotel at all costs
