Hospitality of the resort is fantastic .Specially house keeping and quality and servicing of food at your restaurant Mr.Bhusan Pramod is excellent.Variety of authentic selection of cuisines.Excellent staff and quality beautiful environment is also a major advantage.

Excellent work on housekeeping and hospitality. Food service was also very satisfactory and also very well taken care of hygiene. All the complementary things that was given in room was well checked and served to make sure that guests should have fresh snacks and enough water was provided in room for a day.

I visited there a month ago with my parents. When I entered to this hotel it was absolutely great. I stayed at ***y hotels but this was one of the best place I've ever been ♥️ literally awesome place and hospitality was very good. The behaviour of staff and everyone working there was very nice and gentle. Loved that place 😘

A hidden gem nestled in the between lush green mountains and mesmerising tea gardens for as far as the eye can see! The property itself is almost 150 years old and houses a lot of antiquities from that era. There’s ample space in the property and all of it is maintained quite well. They also have a nature trail ***** tea gardens adjoining the nearby mahananda forest ranges! One can even see peacocks 🦚 across the tea gardens early in the morning! In short it’s a nature’s paradise! We stayed in the Jungle view rooms which were very spacious and had a balcony overlooking the tea estate and the jungle! Had a great time with the family! A must recommended holiday getaway!

Hotel Revett exceeded all my expectations! The service was very good, with well-behaved and courteous staff who made sure our stay was comfortable. The location is excellent, providing easy access to all the major attractions in Darjeeling. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.

We stayed at this hotel from 17th-20th June 2022 with group of 38 people They don’t know what hospitality is … Starting from Sales to checkout Although we paid 80% (2 days out of 3 days) advance payment but their sales team lady (Seema) still didn’t confirmed our booking and left our guest waiting in lobby for 3 hours until she got the full payment. As was travelling to darjeeling from Bagdogra there was mobile network issue so I wasn’t able to make the balance payment. Although I requested that I will pay as soon as I reach there we were having booking for 21 rooms and just allocate 2 rooms to families that have reached early but she was ada***t Hotel is really in BAD shape and now I understood why they ask for all payment. They have 2 building and they only showcase the main heritage building. The standard rooms are he worst ones to stay in the other building Although some rooms are big but no maintenance was there the flooring is broken, leakage, smell of dampness, broken furniture … and ***y more (problem with all rooms) They don’t have enough staff to cater room service or house keeping. Towels were not changed for 3 days. You request 1 thing and you would be lucky to get within in 1 hr without 3-4 reminders. They don’t keep stock of any food material. The hotel was occupied but they only have 8-10 snack options (No French Fries, No Peanuts) … Can you Imagine I have seen lot of guest complaining to change the room but they cudn’t help it. They shifted us to nearby hotel saying that they will give us better rooms next day but I have to fight hard to claim those rooms next day Not even single team member was happy with the stay. The ***agement should fire all the staff and close down this if they aren’t able to handle
