"Upon arrival waited 10 minutes for clerk to appear. Didn't even apologize for delay. No one else in lobby. Checked in and then I was to be charged $10 for indulgence fee? and if nothing charged would credit back to charge card. Told her I didn't want to but clerk with silver short hair with pink stripe said it was required. If not used it would be credited back upon check out. The next morning asked same lady about funds being added back she couldn't do it but would notify my credit card department. At this moment a day later still no charge added back. Is this some standard policy? Or was this a way to have customers purchase unwanted snacks or goodies from your snack area?"

The Eastern Shore Trail , a connector between North Daphne and South Fairhope enjoyed by walkers, runners and casual bikers alike, is a block away. Downtown Daphne and Spanish Fort provide excellent shopping and dining opportunities. Quick interstate access makes for easy travel to Mobile (15 minutes), Fairhope (15 minutes), Foley and Gulf Shores as well as Biloxi (about an hour) and Pensacola.
The studio looks out on a large green space to the street leading down to one of Daphne's bayfront parks, boat launch, and the Waterfront Restaurant with great bay views. After a long day exploring the outdoors or seeing the sites, enjoy one of the complex's two swimming pools, watch the sunset from the bluff overlooking the Bay, or kick back and stream all your favorite shows to the large-screen TV. Seacliff is a great place to unwind and relax at the end of the day.
This unit offers a queen-sized bed, a full kitchen and bath, and a deck overlooking a pretty green space. It has high-speed internet and Amazon Fire TV with a full guide of channel choices and other selections. You may sign in on your favorite TV apps and sign off upon departure. The condo complex has two pools available to guests. There are 4 laundry rooms available to guests with one conveniently located across the street.

Centrally located, it is only 3 miles from I-10 and a 5 minute drive to downtown Daphne. It is walking/running distance from the Daphne Pier at May Day Park and less than 15 minute drive-time to downtown Fairhope. While being centrally located, this oasis creates a pleasant and peaceful escape as it is hidden away in the woods on over an acre of land, complete with a creek running through the property. It truly showcases the coastal charm of Daphne.
This luxurious home features large rooms and high ceilings. The living room and master suite feature floor to ceiling windows with beautiful views of palm, magnolia, and oak trees. Renters can enjoy 50” televisions in both the living room and master suite. The living room also has a couch that pulls out into a queen bed. The master suite is peaceful and spacious with a king bed, a futon that pulls out into a double bed, its own dedicated workspace, large walk-in closet, and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin top bunk, double bottom bunk, and twin trundle. It also has shelves full of toys and books for children. The kitchen provides a second dedicated workspace with a desk looking out to tropical views. The house is fully stocked with board games and a game table and chairs for 8 people that can be used for game night.
The backyard is a pleasant and peaceful escape with a double decker deck, patio furniture, firepit, and hammock all available for use by renters.
This house is handicap friendly with only two steps at the entrance of the house, no stairs within the house, grab bars in the master bathroom, and a shower seat in the master shower.

The master suite is peaceful and spacious with a king bed, a futon that pulls out into a double bed, its own dedicated workspace, large walk-in closet, and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin top bunk, double bottom bunk, and twin trundle. It also has shelves full of toys and books for children. The kitchen provides a second dedicated workspace with a desk looking out to tropical views. The house is fully stocked with board games and a game table and chairs for 8 people that can be used for game night.
The backyard is a pleasant and peaceful escape with a double decker deck, patio furniture, firepit, and hammock all available for use by renters.
This house is handicap friendly with only two steps at the entrance of the house, no stairs within the house, grab bars in the master bathroom, and a shower seat in the master shower.

Private belcony with beautiful view of the sunset over the mobile bay. around the corner from a boat launch in mobile bay. 1.5 miles from I-10 close to malbis mall, 7 miles from fairhope and 30 miles from the beaches. This beautiful home is nestled in the middle of a 9 acre property with oaks and natural surrounding. With it's rustic décor, spacious 5 bedrooms and relaxing back porch. This 3600 sq ft home is perfect for work or vacation. Large master, walk-in shower, and pool table upstairs. The town of Fairhope is a brief 10 minute drive. also minutes away from Tryon sport park, 40 minutes to the beaches of Gulf Shores and brief ride to the interstate.
This house also has an outdoor shower for the get back to nature kind of folks, barbque pit, wood burning fire place and outdoors fire pit. Come enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
Parties and special events are not allowed without special request.
Some great spots visit are Allagator Ally, Alabama Battle Ship, Bellingrath Gardens, beautiful white sandy beaches and so much more. If you are hear on business the house has internet access, Mobile is 30 minutes away and Pensacola is 1 hour away.
Other things to note
It is important to remember that it is a wooded property and with is comes critters. We have deer, coyote and snakes. The cats keep the critters away from the house. We keep the grass cut and you are welcome to walk around the property, just keep your eyes open.....About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Additional charges: $20 per day.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Remove sheets from the beds and place them in the laundry room along with used towels.Clean up the kitchen and start the dishwasher.,The house is on a grinder pump, so do NOT throw and feminine products, baby wipes etc, down the toilet.
