Good service provided by Manager, Mr Han, and his team. In particular Miss Mai, relation executive at Front Desk. A comfortable and clean rooms for all the 4 units we occupied. Highly recommended.

Have our one night stay at this huge hotel. Room was clean & served with great breakfast. Definitely worth the stay for the price that we paid for.

We had a fantastic holiday here. The view is amazing, easily connected with WIFI, and we had a very good sleep. It's very quiet at night but full-on during the day. We were a little disappointed about the breakfast selection for Westen food, not too much to choose from, and it was extremely crowded, some people were lucky to find seats, we wouldn't book breakfast here if we come back again.

1st impression, grand and gigantic. 4 castles concept, brilliant idea and truly following the theme - i booked the Glacier Castle. Breakfast place was huge and organised and food spread is commendable. Food tasted excellent; certainly will meet international travellers' choice and taste buds. The challenge is language - literally none of the staff speaks English. As you enter the hotel, look out for the trolley train which you can (for a fee) hop on and off throughout the day (unlimited) - remember to watch the beautiful sunset at the right location. Another highlight is the complimentary light show - spectacular! The resort has an entire building (separate from the hotel) with indoor swimming pools and sports. You can however find the gym at the main hotel building. Disappointment for the kids - as the water parks were not operating at the time i was there. There are the twin beaches and great strolls you can take to a food village and there are brand outlets that you can shop till you drop. I must comment that i love the assistance extended to me by McDonald's staff at the Island, they were great - grab your burgers and head to the beach for a picnic! Booked elegant 2-bed room for 4 adults. Room design and amenities suitable for kids not adult as cup provided is more to plastic material. Good thing about this hotel is they provide free shuttle bus from baimajing station to hotel and vice versa but information not provided clearly and I have to keep calling front counter to ask. Attached is the bus that took us to island in case you are going. Better confirm with the driver before boarding. Not much shop open for breakfast so we opted for hotel breakfast. Breakfast is not up to my family standard, mantou is hard like rock even it’s taken from the steam basket. Frankly speaking, will not go second time to the island as really nothing much except the building design.
