Primeira vez que fico em um hotel all inclusive em que não havia reposição no quarto de shampoo, sabonetes e mesmo água. Perguntei na recepção e informaram que teria que comprar! Achei um absurdo. All inclusive sem água no frigobar… mas as piscinas eram boas, estrutura geral do hotel boa.

Had about a million ants in room .. moved to another room television didn’t work ! No kosher food , all inclusive the lowest drinks on earth you can find bottom bottom shelf.. no English speaking , no activities, no adult pool , pool and operating hours horrible no food after 9pm. .. don’t help or assist with luggage . No one to help you with anything after 9-11pm. .. telephone on a wall to stand up just to use it. No hot water . No facial clothes, no normal electricity you have to buy adapter I would like to be refunded for this trip (night mare)

First, let's just make it clear that this property is for families.
It was clean and the staff was amazing, especially Elisandra, Luna, and Kimberly. They have a rental car service on the property, and they provide shuttle transportation to beaches and town. The only thing i would have to complain about is the food menu needs to be changed. They kind of serve the same things for breakfast and dinner. Even though it's a family environment. to liven up the place a little some type of music should be played during the day. Other than that, is a great place to stay.

The staff was very welcoming. I love that the resort is quiet & family-oriented. It's also nice & clean. I'm from the Caribbean so I love that the food gave me that vibe; everything was full of flavor.
The only thing I wasn't fond of was the bed; they joined two single mattresses to make a king so you keep rolling in the middle, creating a hole there which can cause back pain.

Likes: Good food, but not enough selection for vegetarians, though there’s always a salad bar. The pizza was delicious! The staff is phenomenal and friendly! The resort itself is well landscaped and well lit. There are many nice things to do at the property - the robot bar, swings, live music, etc. It's really good value for a vacation, and we had a great time!
Dislikes: Service can be slow, ants in the room, weak drinks, quiet hours not observed. Our room overlooked the dining area, which had seating around it. People stayed up late and were loud. People also started early and were loud. Rooms farther away from this would be better. LOTS of children, especially on the weekend. While I'm sure profitable for the hotel, the day pass guests create a lot of noise and crowding.

Room 4 p. Nice room (suite)
Food 1 p. Very little choises, more like school cafeteria or office building restaurant. Open air restaurant had a lot of agressive birds as nets were full of holes. Need more "bird officers" = cats.
Drinks 2 p. Some nice drinks but very limited choise.
Service 2 p. Most of stuff young kids, need more supervision
Cleaning 2,5 p. Room AC filter was clogged with dust. Area full of fallen leaves
Resort area 3,5 p. Area is nice, pools are good
