Hotel is about 15 min drive from FLL Airport, location is nearby the highway, so don’t expect too much, I paid like US$180 for just one night, I thought is kind of expensive, as hotel is very basic, and they only allowed check in after 3pm, as I disembarked from a cruise ship, got into the hotel early, so unable to get any room available, went shopping at a mall near Miami, came back at 3pm, room still not ready, make to wait another 1 hr, till 4pm then able to obtained the room key, breakfast was nothing great, very basic & dining area look so cheap!

We stayed here for one night prior to our cruise. Check in was unfriendly and I felt we were bothering the staff by staying here. This was consistent with every interaction with front desk staff for us as and others we observed. The rooms are dated but clean. It was very quiet, which we appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was well below standards with untidy serving stations, lack of dishes, and no visible attendants. Tables for eating were not wiped down or clean. I would likely not stay here again.

Perfect hotel for one night before our Disney cruise. The shuttle picked us up from the airport. We called as soon as we got off the flight and they told us where to meet. Check in was fine. Wonderful location with a TJ max, five below, Starbucks, hobby lobby, shoe carnival, GNC, a grocery store, and more I can’t remember. All were in walking distance. Shuttle took us to cruise port for 15.99 pp and then they are also picking us up after our cruise and taking us back to the hotel where they will hold our stuff for the afternoon. Then, they will take us to the airport using their free shuttle.

Only disappointment was I had asked for an airport pickup. Never heard back from hotel so ended up taking a cab. Otherwise overall stay was good.

Great location , nice large room . Very short staffed. Front desk agent was also the bartender, store clerk. He did a great job, but felt sorry for him.

The rooms need upgrade... They had a strange smell and the a/c made noises all night. They have not refunded the $100 deposit for the stay YET...
Not pleased with the stay.. but it gave me a place to lay my head...

It was good other than I called front desk for a xtra sheet that they never brought to my room an the cheap motel 6 cards they use for entry are always malfunctioning an u have to go to the front to get them reprogrammed

Good hotel clean and close to airport. The only negative is it's right on the highway so that could bother you. It's identical to another Hyatt I stayed in at Lake Mary. Good hotel would recommend
