The room had an odor. Front desk staff is average. Parking is convenient. Beds were clean.

I really love Cambria hotels. I enjoy the decor & suite settings. But I was sadly disappointed on this stay. I chose this property due to the hot tub amenity. I found put after checking in that it was inoperable. Then we went down for dinner we observed many guests sitting around waiting to be served. The bartender was also the waitress and she announced of longer wait times due to a fryer shortage. We decided to eat elsewhere. Did i mention that the representative charged me for someone else's room. She had my ID so I don't understand why. She said she immediately put the money back on my card. The ice machine also didn't work!! Management here needs to do a better job at this location. Terrible experience

Property was convenient to the Port Everglades cruise terminal. The hotel restaurant had a great menu but only one server handling both the bar and the tables. Needless to say, with 6 cruise ships leaving port, service suffered tremendously. The waitress did her best but I'm not sure why Cambria Mgt didn't add staff considering the active hotel activity. This was an issue for both dinner and breakfast the next morning.

I have stayed at this property twice. It is nice, the rooms are great, the staff are good people, and I really appreciate having the restaurant and bar.

Checked in and room smelt like urine. Immediately requested a different room. 2nd room was better but floor was sticky as if improperly mopped. Slight musty smell and overall cleanliness was unsatisfactory. stayed the night but never again. Tractor trailers parked along front and residents in hallway looked mostly like truck driver type. Nothing against them but normally a rough bunch with biler type clothing.
