"The staff was very friendly when I arrived, and checkout was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I also requested a 6am wake-up call, and they followed through right on time, which was very helpful. My room was clean, the heater worked well, and overall I was happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the space. A couple of downsides: there’s no elevator, so I had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs to my room. Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options to choose from. The only other issue was the atmosphere in the common areas. While this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, there were a a few guests who made things feel a bit uncomfortable. One person was loudly arguing and swearing in the hallway and at the front desk, and another guest appeared to be staying long-term, scolding her kids and a baby running around the breakfast area in just a diaper. It gave the public spaces a slightly uneasy vibe, even though the staff handled things as best they could and were consistently kind and professional. Overall, I had a clean and comfortable stay, and I’d consider staying again if I needed a place in a pinch — I’d just keep expectations modest regarding amenities and the general lobby/hallway environment."

"Tudo era bom com a localização do pessoal do hotel na primeira noite era maravilhoso segunda noite não era tão agradável muito rude hóspede que estava no mesmo andar fazia-o muito incómodo mais ela tinha o maior cão que nunca podia controlá-lo e era muito mau cão eu Fiquei preso nas escadas com ela subindo e o cão queria vir atrás de mim, então tive de ir mais alguns passos e esperar para ela ir por ela tinha a música no telefone tão alto e levou-a para sempre e eu não estava prestes a desviá-los até eles Não me pareceu que eles tinham mencionado um pouco no Frente quando se verificaram, mas não pareceram preocupar-se muito com isso, mas estou bastante certo que eles sabiam de quem estava falando."
