I've stayed at this hotel several times now. The hotel is consistently clean, quiet, convenient; and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Staff were generally very cordial and professional -- considering the fact that they were working double shifts over the holiday.
Bathroom cleaning was marginal --especially in and around the tub.
HVAC was terrible. Room temperature rose to 75 at 3am even though the thermostat was set at 67.

The hotel was nice, but there was no Gideon Bible in the room. Professional hotel managers know that this is an important service, and it matters to me.

TV did not work in room. Eventually had to be moved to another room. Breakfast next morning ended by 9am. I feel we should have been advised of this at checkin.

No heat in room. Also ask for more pillows and never receive them. Too tired to ask again at front desk. I want a discount for this room. Not at all what we expected. Very disappointed
