Tours to Syria begin to revive and Damascus is far safer than what people commonly imagine. Our group stayed here for 3 nights in total. The beautiful decorations are simply self-explanatory in the photos. The Middle Eastern courtyard and spatial design give a strong sense of calmness. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Mine is on ground floor next to the internal “courtyard” but wasn’t particularly noisy. It’s the Chris**as + NYE time when I visited - complimentary confectionery was available. What the real surprise was the hospitality at the restaurant. The breakfast was really big served with hummus, falafels, olives, etc. The staff was even so caring that they tailor-made a special kind of breakfast to us as Asians - the noodles! Good taste and, importantly, an illustration of their caring services! The hotel is close to a high street in the city core and so it’s only a walking distance to vibrancy. It’s a quality choice for accommodation in Damascus.

My wife & I were recommended this hotel after visiting several others. It was the best choice of our trip. Office staff was very helpful & open to new ideas, wait staff made sure every need was filled. Very nice rooftop bar/view. Unfortunately coffee was not included in the typical Syrian breakfast.👍👍👍

I went to Damascus for an engagement party.👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩 This hotel was suggested to me amongst others however, my brother and two of my nephews thought this would be the best on the first day and after we settled in, they had to change one of the rooms because they claimed that the heater is not working in the room that we settled in !!! so we had to put everything back in our suitcases go downstairs to another room and be split apart from each other 🤕 and of course I didn’t like that. 🤒 Why didn’t you check the room before you checked us in it? After my brother and nephews left the hotel I chose a smaller room , first morning the shower flooded and the water started coming out on to the floor. 😨I had to cut my shower short and I did not complain because it re-opened later. On the second morning. The hot water was not enough for me to finish my shower !!! 🤕 I called my fiancé to have breakfast with me at the hotel. She needed to use the restroom so I went and open the door of the room for her and there was a staff behind us telling us that she cannot be inside the room. 🤬I told them she’s my fiancé and she’s using the restroom. !!!! the rude female required a marriage certificate !!! At this point, I would like to ask her personally does she carry a marriage certificate in her pocket wherever she goes?? I’m sure she doesn’t and if she stopped by a law enforcement officer with her husband, would they consider her a **********?? And if that took place how offensive would that be to her? They insisted on her leaving , of course I refused because I will not listen to BS laws and regulations That they make up as they go along and they made it sounds like we are doing something illegal at the time I realized the rudeness of the staff they had no common sense. They were incredibly rude and I literally had to leave the hotel that day, because of my trea**ent 🤬 how they treated me with no respect Was bigger than any service they could’ve done for me. I didn’t complain about the shower didn’t complain about the hot water and I said these things do happen it’s not a big deal, but the way they treated me was very offensive and very insulting 🤮 I will never go to that hotel again, even if it was the only hotel in Syria Avoid that hotel at any cost💩 people running the office 🤢 have absolutely no common sense no respect for their guests 🥹 and have absolutely no problem insulting them 🥶 even though the money we paid was more expensive than any other hotel in the area I would really love for the owners of the hotel to read this review just so they realize that no matter how beautiful you think your hotel is if the staff in the office are rude and insulting all what you offer means absolutely nothing Sincerely Ziad Haddad .

لا انصح به،تجربة لا انصح فيها, احد الموظفات كانت تتكلم معي باسلوب وقح بعيد كل البعد عن الاحترافية واللباقة وكانت حتى تتكلم مع زملائها بأسلوب فوقي, خدمة ضعيفة انا جربت بيت الوالي كان افضل بكتيرررررر .. اسمي جوني واقمت بالفندق يوم 14 و15 اغسطس 2023
