The service here was outstanding, staff were very attentive and accommodating towards my grandmother who required some special considerations, and they were always available for any type of support, the 24/7 cafe was amazing its its service was as usual excellent, this all does not compare to the amazing history and scenery available here, and its a short walking distance from the sook

Well, this place is amazing to say the least. GRACE, LUCY AND WA'AD were exceptional in their service and greetings. This made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. All staff were hospitable and accommodating. We were offered the junior suite which turned out to be tremendous with a terrace. The food was great and the coffee outstanding. As we checked out we took a photo with Grace, Lucy and Wa'ad to have the warmest memories. Highly recommend and will be sure to stay there again. The best hotel in Damascus, very warm welcoming and hospitality. Clean and nice rooms with all the needed requirements in the room and bathroom. Beautiful classic view that shows the old Damascus houses with green plants and beautiful fountains in the middle. Yummy oriental breakfast includes all kinds of Syrian food. Very kind and friendly staff. Highly recommend

I have been visiting this hotel for the past 8 years. My experience was always exceptionaly the best. You can check my old 5 Stars review back in July 2018. Hotel is the best place to go to explore the authenticity of old Damascus as the hotel is located in the heart of old city in Bab Toma. Hotel services, amenities, staffs, breakfast are the best since day one I visited the hotel. Hotel Electricit and Air conditioned is 24/7 with fastest Wifi Internet in Syria. Highly recommend

On top of that the management available around the clock to take care of the guests. I would highly recommend it to all visitors. This stunning completely renovated Century old Arabic home of 4 buildings is transformed into a modern yet traditional Syrian hotel. It feels as if you are going back in time but with first world 5 star amenities. The service is impeccable. The staff can't do enough. The owner Mr. Edward is at the hotel day and night making everyone feel as if they are his VIP guest in his private mansion. Everything will be more than you can expect. Breakfast is a feast fit for a king. No words can describe how delicious and extravagant it is. I stay here each time I visit Damascus from the USA. It truly feels like home and I hate to leave because everyone is so warm, kind and friendly. Situated in the oldest part of the City. Every time you leave the hotel you are at the footsteps of streets from 2000 years ago. The location is fantastic. The beds are ultra big and comfortable. The rooms are large. AC/Heat and hot water work fine. You are steps from the famous Omeyad Mosque, the famous old Souk marketplace. Don't miss the wonderful opportunity to stay here next time you visit Damascus.
