Well, this place is amazing to say the least. GRACE, LUCY AND WA'AD were exceptional in their service and greetings. This made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. All staff were hospitable and accommodating. We were offered the junior suite which turned out to be tremendous with a terrace. The food was great and the coffee outstanding. As we checked out we took a photo with Grace, Lucy and Wa'ad to have the warmest memories. Highly recommend and will be sure to stay there again. Beit Alwali is a perfect place to have a full Damascene experience. The hotel is gorgeous and very accessible. Their yard is the perfect place to start your day. The service is excellent. They have an eye for details; they even washed milk bottels of our son. Breakfast is generous and tasty. Everything is well thought and taken care of. The staff are super friendly. We feel at home every time we visit this hotel, which has become a part of our trips to Damascus.

Such magical place , takes you beyond expectations, place where you can relax and forget about your stress stuff, thank you again for the amazing hospitality , great house keeping and great service… can’t wait till make again next year. Hussam S.

It is the third time that I have stayed at this hotel, and as always the experience is unique. The staff is very friendly and approachable, always with a good disposition and a smile. It is the best option without a single doubt to stay in the ancient city of Damascus.

Every time I return to this resort called “The BEIT ALWALI” my admiration for the place and the crew increases. The place is very neat and elegant, and the service is five stars. We had the most amazing experience. The staff was the extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and went out of their way to ensure our stay was above our expectations. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities we needed and the beds were comfortable. The food was delicious and always available which is a plus for a very busy schedule. The check in and check out process was a breeze and honestly we didn’t want to leave!! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!

Very great service, love the food and drinks, it’s very good for the family and I love the culture here, this is by far the most beautiful hotels in Damascus, whenever you can come to Damascus and come here!!
